Cozy and nice

Was not perfect clean in the bungalow (we’ve found some stuff like pharmacy pills of previous guests I think). And the wood hanger was broken out of the wall. But the rest was absolutely fine.

The Best bungalow in Koh Phangan.Dam the owner and his team is good and kind people. number 1! He also took me with his car to the speedboat when I left.

The massive balcony with a hammock and amazing view ? great place to relax day or night. Privacy too..

Bed was not the best

Dam and his team go to great efforts to make you welcome and comfortable. Lighthouse Bungalows is the best accommodation on Koh Phangan I have been coming here since 1988.

The location. Very beautifully located on the edge of the water on The tip of the island

The location, remote and with quite a long walk along a dock edging the cliffs. Perfect for some but not for me this time.

Beautiful location, remote & picturesque. Sleep with the sound of waves crashing underneath your bed.

no service , no reception , no breakfast , just key handover - nothing else . ok, maybe the location compensates for that , fair enough .

A very beautiful view from the balcony and from the windows, the waves splash against the rocks 24/7, Samui is always visible on the horizon! Sunrises and sunsets are always at your disposal! The owner is a good person!

Nobody writes, but I’ll write about it!) Local fishermen pass very close and very often to you! And they use very loud motors)

Everything from the scenery to the hosts was wonderful. The hosts made us feel at home and even made dinner for us. We experienced genuine care and friendliness, way past what we paid for. I would recommend this place to my grandmother as well as my best friend. I can’t rate it higher, do yourself a favour.

Amazing view and a nice hammock to lay in watching the thunderstorms & ocean.

The entire home is infested with insects.Ants, centipedes, spiders, hundreds of mosquitos, hornets.Floors look like they have never been cleaned more than some broom swipes. Layers of dirt on the floors, needs deep cleaning and sanitizing.Hundreds of spiderwebs filled with spider eggs.Mysterious sand grain like things keep appearing in the sink, but might just be insect eggs.There's also dozen geckos inside, but at least they eat insects so they are cool.Walking up the cliffs towards the home there are snakes, tarantulas, and some demonic insects the size of a finger with huge claws and teeth.And I spotted a 1,5 meter long water monitor lizard infront of the restaurant on my first day arriving.The location is quite annoying.You'll spend upwards of an hour walking into town in 30+ degrees so by the time you're 1/3 of the way there you already want to go back to take a shower n clean clothes and a nap.The insects are an absolute nightmare.Forsake any thought of sleeping, you'll be waking up with hundreds of bites swelling up from the Bedbugs, mosquitos, larvas, ants, spiders n Hornets.I'm just glad the Snakes, Tarantulas, demon insects & the 1,5 meter Water Monitor lizard did not enter my room while I was there...There is no room service, so I had the same bedsheets the entire time, and the uncomfortable, hard bed is infested with bed bugs inside the mattress.The price is also ridicilous.I paid 25,000 baht for 10 days....For a 0 star hotel It is crazy that I'm paying same as a 5 star hotel in Bangkok for same amount of days.

The air con wasn’t cool enough. The bed sheet got a few holes and the towels weren’t that good. No shower facilities, but we got some when we went to ask for.

Location (a bit aside but that’s a point:) Still reachable in 10min to everything you could need. Balcony & view from the balcony were simply amazing. Has it’s own small beach (but when windy a bit challenging). Little mosquitoes (because of wind I suppose, but that’s a huge plusssss). Wifi has very strong signal. Quite. Only you and the ocean.

A bit outdated but it has it’s own “windy/lighthouse” style. Depends on own preferences, but that’s what I was looking for. I simply felt in love with the place. May be challenging for older people.

tucked away out of busy bay with natural feel. long walk along beach and bridge to reach the place which can be exhausting to some.

The locaion is a bit far but the view is absolutely spectacular the staff is very nice and the room with its view is no less than wonder. Currently after a week in Thailand thjs is the beat value for money I got. Would certainly come back.

A bit complicated to get there.A bit far from The center but i guess this is the trade off with having such a quiet and relaxing stay.

Peaceful lost paradise close to Hadrian beach.

We loved our stay at Lighthouse. It's definitely one of the best views we have had at that price on the island. Everything was super nice and the owners are nice,too. The quality for money is very nice.
