Everything at the resort was excellent…amazing staff, service and food. Great selection of food for breakfast. Resort beach front is a Jewel! ??????Numerous restaurants and stores within a minutes walk. Highly recommend this resort!

I was there for new years couple of years ago and man the place has changed. I remembered it as a nice hotel and man it just got better! The renovated rooms are super super fine. clean and very comfortable. They equip the room with everything you might need. The balcony is big and comfortable. The shower was amazing. If you want a prime location and prepare to be at the center (noise included) this is the place

If I have to choose something bad to say I would say that it is much more expensive then other 4 stars hotels in Thailand. Also the prices within the hotel (like drinks and food) are expensive and they are charging service fee without letting you know.

We booked two rooms — one smaller Deluxe and one upgraded room directly on the hotels webpage in The Sail wing with access to the lounge. The upgraded room was newly renovated, spacious, with a beautiful balcony and a luxurious rain shower — a real treat. The lounge experience was exceptional: we were spoiled every day with fresh fruit, snacks, soft drinks, and even alcoholic beverages — truly royal service.The staff were very friendly and polite. The hotel has a clean private beach, and when there’s no Full Moon party the area is peaceful and quiet. The location is perfect — close to restaurants, a 7/11, and supermarkets. Although the website mentioned renovations, we barely heard anything. Breakfast was varied and included eggs and drinks made to order.

Around 9:45 a.m., the breakfast restaurant gets quite busy, and the staff struggle to keep up with the service at that time.

Love the location really close to the beach and restaurants.

At first we got an old room and they had construction wright above us but after one night we moved to a better and nicer room

Booking rooms at this hotel is quite confusing. There are 3 very different room types. Initially we stayed in the beachfront rooms however although these rooms were clean the walls were thin and we were often woken by loud music or noisy neighbours. Fortunately the staff were able to move us to the villas after the first 2 nights. The villas were great, spacious and quiet. Nothing the property can do about this but when the full moon party isn’t on (it wasn’t for our stay) the area is very quiet.

I was at the renovated rooms and it’s very nice. The staff also very kind. The restaurant as well was very good. We enjoyed!!

Resort was right on the beach, loved the onsite restaurant and the gym was pretty decent. Staff were friendly, specially in the restaurant. There were plenty of places to eat outside the resort. Location was spot on for me.

Room was pretty dark, in need of more lighting. It was dissappointing to see some tourists behaving rudely with the restaurant staff.

New renovated rooms a nice and clean, balcony very comfortable. Service at room and restaurant is perfect.

Garden villa had plenty of space, always cleaned daily. Breakfast/dining area was a great location looking out over the beach. Pool was a good size. Quiet on a night for sleeping. Very good attentive staff always wanting to help.

Only constructive criticism would be softer pillows and coffee mugs - all good really

Clean and comfortable. The villa had everything we needed. The breakfast was really good with options for everyone. We had lunch and dinner there several times and everything was fresh and delicious.

The hotel is right on the full moon party (the main reason we chose this hotel), but besides this, the hotel staff was very friendly and willing to help.

They had constructions in the time we were there.They are noisy at the time most people are out of the hotel(noon), but if its a rainy day and you want to relax in the hotel, this might be challenging
