Nice pool and beach area

They never cleaned my room in a 6 day stay. Not a problem, just unusual. No replenishing soap, to, etc. no emptying garbage. It was like they didn’t know I was staying there.

To be honest, the only decent things about this hotel was the location and the air con. Location was idyllic, with just a step straight onto the beach. There were a few bars and restaurants, plus shops all within walking distance. The on site restaurant was fine too. The Aircon was powerful and made us comfortable.

The rooms were all individual chalets and were very basic. One glass to share between three people. A small fridge but nothing else. The pillows on two of the beds were too high, giving a crick in the neck. The furniture was old. The shower was yuck, and the bathroom door was a mess. However, in saying all that, the location really would make me return. It was picture postcard.

Great location, white clean sand, nice pool, night market and stores 5 min walk. Rooms- not very clean, they don’t clean them on daily basis and dont change towels. Rooms are old and walls are thin so its noisy, a lot of parties around (maybe because of full moon during our stay..)

It was in a good location and directly on the beach.

It didn’t come with any kettle to make a coffee or tea. Couldn’t get any hot water till they opened up after 9am.

The hotel was great and the staff were nice. The pool and facilities are good with direct access onto the beach. There area few local shops but there is not a lot else about. We stayed to go to the full moon party but did not realise that its about 25minute drive away in a Tuk Tuk. Its not a problem as they have transport onsite to take you about. Its quite and calm there the sea and beach are really nice, great place to chill out and walk along the beach

was happy with our choice as was close enough to Had rin but far enough away so we did not have the hassle of the full moon party. The place was very quite and as we had kids with us we all felt safe

The main part of the facility, including the reception and kitchen, closes at 6 pm. Be prepared to walk or rent a bike to find food elsewhere after this time.The bikes available for rent here require leaving your passport as a deposit, which we didn't feel safe doing. Instead, we found another rental place just a two-minute walk towards the main road. We highly recommend this alternative, where we left a 500 baht depoThe room itself was very basic and not clean. It wasn't cleaned during our stay. The walls were filthy and could have been wiped down easily. The air conditioning unit looked mouldy and unclean, and the floor in the living space was grubby, even with a condom wrapper on the floor. The doors didn't close fully, so during thunderstorms, which occur most evenings in August, the floor got wet, as did our belongings.The views were the saving grace of our stay, but they didn't make up for the lack of care in the bungalow and the indifferent staff. We tried to maintain a positive rapport, but it felt like a waste of energy.If you want to stay on the beach, I suggest considering the place next door. The price we paid was too much for what we received.Pictures attached.

Was a nice place, pool was lovely. Staff very helpful And beautiful views for the beach huts.Great night market about 10 minutes walk away.

Was a shame that there was lots of people with dogs about not picking up dog poo. We even told a neighbour to the property that was / is someone to do with the kite stuffing place about he dog poo and she only picked up 1 of the dogs poo and that was only because we shouted as we had a child with us.

The location and view is just crazy beautiful. We enjoyed a lot here. Great place to relax after the full moon party. Good bungalows.

I loved everything about this property! You are right on the beach and there is hardly ever anyone in there so pretty much feel like you have the beach to yourself! There is also a good size pool with plenty of space round it! The property does some light snacks but you are only a short walk to different food places I would recommend getting a bike or car to explore the beautiful island and beach hop for a few days

Lovely staff, don't know his name but Man on bar with piercings / short blonde hair highlights was especially accommodating, as were all the staff. Absolutely beautiful location, very much like paradise. Amazing beach and waters that you can literally walk into from your room! Food and drinks were also very good. 15/10, will be staying again! Owner was just wonderful aswell what a lovely man.

Nice little beach.

We stayed here as a last minute booking for the full moon party. The room cost us almost £300, which i could have lived with had it not been worse than a hostel room.The reviews seemed ok, but this is the worst hotel I've ever stayed out.The doors to the room wouldn't close, so the mosquitoes were constantly in the room, ants all over the sides, and cockroaches on the wall. The bathroom had mould on the ceiling. There was also a leak from the room above dripping near the sink, so you couldn't put anything on the counter otherwise it would be wet.The shower had black mould around it, and my husband had to hold the attachment in order for me to have a shower, otherwise it just sprayed against the wall. The towels had blood on them, and there was blood up the walls. As for the staff, they didn't care, really poor customer service, limited options for food. Would not recommend. 0/10.

We loved the location, beautiful beach, short walk to fab restaurants and the night market, muaythai boxing gym. The pool was excellent too. Some gorgeous places next door for fabulous food.

It was a little noisy at night from the Sarana bungalows, but not too bad. We were right behind them. They do have an amazing restaurant so can’t complain!

Very relaxed resort. At first a little boring but very quick we loved it. Always possible to have a sunbed by the pool. The food was nice. The beach maybe not the best but it’s very long and not many people on the beach which we loved. The tide goes in and out and in the afternoon it’s very low,

The rest, they never clean our room in 6 nights they never change towels in 6 nights shower not working properly a fake TV in the room I even asked once for cleaning the room they said yes but they never did we paid 800€ in koh phangan it was too expensive but it's ok I can pay but I will expect good service for that . The worst thing is I was checking maybe we extend the reservation for more 5 nights and when I checked on booking.com it was only 320€ not even half we payed .to be honest I don't know if booking.com do the price or them I go every year to koh phangan and I definitely won't return to this resort and probably I will not use booking.com again after this trip you all go too far with the prices

Location was truly stunning. Opened balcony door and was literally on the beach. Lovely quiet location away from full moon party madness although we did ake the trip in a tuk tuk the sand and water so idyllic

Not lots around the hotel of a night in walking distance but that suited us. Tuk tuks and mopeds easy to grab

Not too far from the port and the full moon party location. • Nice and quiet at night. • Hotel offers taxi service for 150baht per person, all you have to do it ask at the front desk. • Staff were lovely and happy to help. We even decided to add an extra night onto our stay and they were more than happy to arrange this for us. • Nice pool area and bar.
