First Villa

Staff was friendly and helpful. Restaurant was good and service was fast.

The location was not key. Room was small and dank and cramped. The beds were uncomfortable and the bathroom (shower specifically) was outdated and difficult to shower in.

Really nice surroundings. The bed was comfortable. Big room. The pool, the garden is very peaceful and a nice bungalow.

The bed sheets were stained pretty visibly. Normally I don't mind a tiny stain as I know some things come out really hard but this was a bit too much. And the toilet was leaking when it was filling up with water through the cable endings. It didn't bother me though

The bathroom is leaking and told us they will fix it the next day , and its far from the center and far from the main street

Beach front, quiet at night, Baan Tai Road was nearby, view was great. Access to pool, helpful staff

All yellow dim lighting, shower head is handheld and can be challenging for showers, no handwash, no bath gel, only 1 pc of tissue roll provided per cleaning

Nice bungalows, at the beach, great views, fast ride to Full Moon Party on the one hand, and the city and the ferry to Samui on the other.

A little old and outdated, could use some renewal.

Parking for the bike was in shadow.

Trying to arrange a late check out from 9 till 11 .The receptionist wasnt there. So i had to pack everything and finally she arrived at 11 and got 3 hours late check out for 300 baht but not even a sorry for the 2 hours i wasted waiting for her plus the time and effort to pack and unpack. Also in the morning i ordered a shake which i went to get it after 10 minutes. Was waiting another 10 to the kitchen and finally was told that that they didnt make the shake. And i speak burmese,thai and english. I live in thailand so i have an idea on how to deal such things. Water pressure is extremely low. . And wallls are thin and can hear everything.

Older facilities with basic services

Great staff! We were upgraded to the room on the end overlooking the beach and pool. Amazing view and the deck off the room was wonderful. Lovely sunset!

We didn’t even stay at this property for 1 night we changed accommodation - it is very tired. There was no proper shower just a shower head over an old bath. The room and decor are totally worn really needs looking at dodgy doors - no/very very old television (not essential I know )

Lovely place to staff! Great pool, great location right on the beach! Staff are also so lovely. We had a few problems with our air conditioning, but staff were straight out trying to solve it. Luckily it wasn’t too hot in bedroom so we were able to switch it off- as the air conditioning was very loud and unpredictable.Other than that there was no complaints- would recommend.

Air conditioning didn’t work, but staff were happy to help.

the rooms are seriously in need of an upgrade! we had 3 rooms and none of our showers worked properly as only a dribble of water came out, the beds are rock solid and the air con is dodgy! also not allowed to use the mini fridge for own food and drinks which is weird. it’s disappointing as the hotel could be so good if it was upgraded a little

Wasn’t very clean, bad location and taxis on the island are pricey, everything is a long walking distance.

The staff was nice and helpful. The room had everything we needed although it was not very new. The bed was comfortable. The staff helped us rent our motorbike.

The swimming pool was a bit dirty. The windows did not have block-out curtains so it was very bright early in the morning. This did not let me sleep well.

It is simple so if simplicity were your option then there is nothing i didnt like about

Beach view was wonderful. Property was nice and quiet, the restaurant on site was a nice touch and was of excellent quality. All of the staff were kind, friendly and helpful.

This may not be in all rooms, but the shower head in the washroom was about the height of my chest (I’m 6’2”) which made showering particularly challenging. This was overall, a non issue in the overall positives of the property!
