Absolutely the best!! I have booked many stays in my travels and this has been my favourite. The owners should be very proud of their employees and everything they do!! Everything is absolutely perfect!!My room was the best location, facing the sea and with all of the windows, the view was amazing! It was the perfect way to wake up every morning. Breakfast and dinner were both delicious!! I ate all of my meals at the resort. Bottled water in my room everyday was a bonus, since I drink so much of it.The lady who gives the massages at the Morning Star Resort was very very good! I highly recommend her. I went to Koh Phangan to relax, eat good food and swim in the sea. Thank you so much Morning Star for making it all possible at your resort!!!!

Breakfast was very basic.

It’s right on the beach and it’s very close to Thong Sala, so you can hop on your motorbike and go to an evening market easily. The staff were super helpful and kind and made our stay good. They helped us rent a bike and get a taxi for iur last day. The food and smoothies were delicious and fresh.

I didn’t like the room cleaning times, because sometimes we would come back from breakfast at 9 and there would be toilet paper and water on the table when we haven’t even left our room for the day.

I only regret not staying longer here. The bungalows are nice and cozy and right by the beach. The garden is beautiful and there's also a nice pool. The staff was very friendly and helped us with the scooter rental too. Oh, and they serve really good breakfast! I'd love to go back and stay longer!

Nice location in a quiet and peaceful part of Koh Phangan, not too far from the pier (150 BAHT Lomprayah Transfer). The beachfront cabins are clean and spacious for our needs. The place is well maintained with a nice garden around it, we had a great time staying at this place

The shower sliding screen was hard to close whilst having a shower

The location is quiet and perfectly peaceful,the cleanliness of the resort and the location on the beach, not far from tourists hubs, suggest to rent a scooter. Better in real than in photos

Nothing to complain

Incredible resort, great value for money and the pool and beach were amazing. Staff were also lovely and really made the stay. Rooms get cleaned and free water each day which was lovely, and facilities were great, good AC, lovely spacious well equipped rooms and good location, not too far from a good amount of food places and 7/11 and in the middle of the island so easy to reach other places on the island.

Really nice homestay by the sea, we enjoyed sunset every evening. I'll recommend it for everyone who's looking for a quiet neighbourhood away from noise but still restaurants in a walking distance.

The owners and staff were so nice, bungalow was great, comfortable bed, and metres to the beachAlso very clean and everything worked perfectly eg AC, etc

There was nothing not to like.

We had a fantastic stay at morning star, the owners went above and beyond to be helpful with whatever we needed. We got caught in a storm and slight flooding so they helped us with taxi and mopeds to be able to get around.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property. Just be aware that as the location is on the beach with plenty of nature there is an abundance of wildlife and mosquitos especially if it rains!

Everything was excellent, localization,Garden, Beach. Peaceful and calm area.

The rooms could do with a refresh

Location on the beach, friendly service and clean bungalow. Calm and relaxing area. Pool and garden is well kept. Only short drive to night market (restaurants) and not far away from Thongsala either. Beach in front of the bungalows was much better than I expected.

Bungalows needs renovation, tiny ants in bathroom. You need taxi or scooter to get arround(expensive)

This hotel was a hidden gem. This was booked to extend our stay on Koh phagnan and was 100 times better than the hotel we had come from. Staff really accommodating. Lovely pool and beach front location, amazing food from the restaurant, extremely reasonably priced.

the resort is at a great location, had its own beach but the water is not that clear as compared to other beaches of the island. one can walk across the whole beach. the seating furniture at the beach was not ample and broken as well, that's the only thing I experienced. For the dates I have booked, it was very expensive.
