All facilities are very good! Pool and gym! Bar and restaurant is also nice quality.

Some equipment is a bit old but not so bad, and it’s a 15 minute walk the Haad Rin beach.

Hotel is really great, cozy, nice pool area, beachfront and good food. But what makes all the difference is the staff, they made us feel like home, all of them. I Recall a few of the staff Like Moe, May and Anel but all of them were great.

I can't say it was a big problem but I think they could improve a little the shower and the shelf in the bathroom where you don't have much space to place what you need and it's located on top of the toilet, you need to be careful not to drop your things inside the toilet.

Bed and air conditioning were great.Most of the team speaks great english and is very helpful and friendly, even personal. Best service I ever got.They food was solid all around, especially the pizzas that were exceptional. There is a happy hour everyday from 3 pm to 5 pm which is very nice.The free activities that the hotel provides like pilates and thai cooking class were fun and good. You can also take kayak/paddle/snorkeling gear (also free).

The breakfast was not diverse enough, but the service was great. Omelet and coffee according to your specifications was made and brought to the table, which were pretty good, but not great. The shower was static and not configurable at all.Haad-rin is almost a ghost town, without sidewalks. The hotel is far from the center that requires a 15m walk which is partially pretty unpleasant.

First time i visited this island and im so glad to choose this hotel. Even tho it's a party island, this hotel is so peaceful and calm. You can also go to Haad Rin Beach by walk.Rooms are clean and big, pool is amazing, coctails are super delicious!! And Spa was perfect too! Special thanks to: Joe, Moe, Way, Ben, Aung, Thiha, Khin and Yannick. They are professionel and friendly staff at the same time. Didn't want to say goodbye...Everything was perfect. Hope to see you again guys!

For the price it wasn't great. There was a very noisy party all night right next door to the room they gave me. So I asked if they had another quieter room & was given one nearer to the back. But still paid for the seaview room! Also the dinner was terrible, I was served some prawns sitting on top of a jelly fish! Ok it was supposed to be noodles but they were thick & had all congealed into a pile of jelly - disgusting!

The pool and the beach are amazing.

The room is smaller than we expected. Very little space in the bathroom.

Clean and modern with a great pool and location on the beach. All the facilities you need with a great restaurant and gym, massages etc. Staff all very friendly, in particular Fang who was brilliant with us from arrival making us feel at home and putting a smile on our faces every day when we spoke to her (thank you Fang!).

Location wise it is not super close to the nicer parts of the island (in our opinion) however by renting a moped through the hotel which was very easy we were able to get anywhere we wanted too pretty quickly, so wouldn’t let location deter anyone.

For two days there was no hot water, the air conditioner is noisy, you can hear all the road noise from the room

Everything from the greeting to the goodbye! We didn't want to leave!All the staff were absolutely Amazing! They cannot do enough for you!!We had an incredible room that was pool view which was pool and ocean view with our deck directly onto the pool area and restaurant.When we arrived there was a DJ at the pool which was a Fantastic Vibe.The room is large and very comfortable with a huge bathroom with 2 showers and a bathtub.The location is like being in Paradise with a wonderful beach where you can soak up sunrise and sunset with Samui in the backdrop.They have kayaks for the ocean and large inflatables in the pool.The swim up bar is fantastic with marvellous cocktails.The restaurant offers a nice breakfast and a great range of food for lunch and dinner at great prices.We loved all the food we ate.Everyone raves about the Pizzas which are as good as everyone says!It is only a 10 minute walk up the road to Haad Rin with a local convenient store about 2 mins away.There is a great laundry just before the convenience store on the hotel side that cleaned and dryed 2 big bags of clothes for £7 which was a bargain.You can get a shared Tuk Taxi from the Pier for 200baht each which is a great price as it is approx. 30 mins away from Thong Sala.It is also a fun ride with beautiful scenary.There are plenty of restaurants well priced particularly the local ones right near the hotel.I would highly recommend and would love to return to this peice of Paradise!

Staff were friendly and welcoming; until you had a problem then not so much!They had a gym which was good

So.. Firstly there is a water feature at the property, this has frogs in which make noise THROUGHOUT the night. Had no sleep, when asked to move rooms was told no it’s just frogs. The noise from the main road also added to it. There were paths to the pool/breakfast ect ect which are overgrown.The breakfast food items were literally covered in flys all over! Thankfully some of the bread was covered so you could have toast in the morning but no gluten free option.. the cooked bit like sausage,bacon, hash browns ect, we’re using one utensil so you would pick it up using the same, for those halal or gluten ect no care there.. We were given one umbrella which it’s high rain season and most places give two, anyway we asked if they had a spare and the staff just said no, no attempt of even looking or anything.. The room was basic which we expected, the floor gets super slippy and felt dirty, the bed was not comfy at all, TV didn’t work at all.

Big, clean room and comfortable bed. Blinds block out light quite well. Direct access to beach and nice infinity pool.They have a co-working space / room which is a relatively comfortable place to work with good internet.Staff helped when an issue arose.

Location is a bit out of the way (approx 15-20 minute walk to main beach area in haad rin).On their website they have lots of activities specified, but actually the yoga/pilates sessions are not held every day.Ice baths require minimum of 3 people (or 2?) and also when raining they don't offer it. Most rooms don't have desks.
