Great location, practically on Full Moon beach. Their restaurant serves fantastic breakfast,& delicious smoothies.

Basic room, but that’s compared to a hotel, for a hostel it’s quite a luxury room! Other rooms seemed to have no window/balcony, so they had windows that came into the communal hallway, glad we weren’t in one of those.

Clean, everything you need, friendly staff, good location.

Small rooms no windows , high price

The location is ideal and close to everything, we forgot some clothes in the hotel after checkout and one of the staff literally came on a bike when we were on our way to the ferry and gave us the bag of clothes

Never take the family rooms near to the beach. Very old dirty and disgusting rooms. The bath got not cleansed. Equipment was form 1960 I guess like the water cooker which was full of dirt inside. But the bathroom was so disgusting , all the sand from the previous people on the ground . Only 1 towel per person . Never again

Fantastic location well run very clean

It's right on the haad Rin beach, close to everything, we loved the location. Be aware that it's on the party beach so sometimes you will hear music in your room. We knew that and it didn't bother us. Staff is great, pool excellent. Food by the pool good. We had a great stay.

Facility around pool looks wear down and could use some love. The beach in front of hotel is not really cleaned and is full of washed up glass. There is some old construction site right of the hotel (on the beach side) and in front of it is tons of washed up garbage. Pity it isn't cleaned, the beach is so nice.

The staff is very friendy. The room is large and location is right next to beach. The hotel can help to arrange the taxi which is cheaper. There are free wifi and happy bar with some drink and snack. Overall, the price and the service are very good.

This hotel was in an amazing location, especially for the full moon party. The staff were very friendly and our rooms were always clean. We were also able to use the pool which was great.

I loved everything very central the staff were amazing we got complimentary drinks on arrival. The beds were so comfy and the hotel itself was locely and clean. The back door lead right onto the beach

Exactly as described with excellent access to Full Moon Party, well organized check-in, helpful staff, and beer and water provided at check in. They even dropped off a small cake when they learned it was my husband’s birthday!

Pricey, but still worth it.

Absolutely fantastic stay. Front desk is amazing, very kind and always whiling to help. Location is just perfect, literally in the beach, 2 min walking from Full Moon Party.
