Breakfast could be longer and more variety. Also by the smaller pool where we were staying was a bit too much going on, lot of employees having baskets, etc. Otherwise amazing stay.

First of all the staff is amazing! They were kind, helpful, polite and so lovely. Especially the day time shift manager.I decided to upgrade my room and it was the best decision, the view was incredible!The pool was excellent and so was the food

Shuttle service runs until a certain hour, since my room was up the hill, coming back late at night was quite the travel, but wasn’t that bad since it feels very safe.

1.The hotel's beach is really really beautiful. Heaven.2. The beach restaurant is very good (dishes are tasty).3. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly.4. The room I stayed in (002) was big and pretty. 5. The swimming pools are also clean and fun.6. The location is great. Just outside the hustle and noise of Haad Rin's main street, but in a short walking distance from it.7. The hotel arranged a free ride to Haad Rin pier after I check out. 8. Since the resort is situated on a fairly large and hilly location, I used the on demand shuttle service for free several times and it was great. 9. The water pressure in the shower is great and there's always hot water.10. The wifi worked great.11. The view of Haad Rin from the infinity pool is beautiful.

1. The quality/taste of the food served during breakfast is not that great. Pretty plain and mediocre. 2. My room had bad smell that sometimes came from the shower and even after the hotel sent someone to try and fix it it still persisted throughout my entire stay.3. My room had a private jet pool, but it's too bad the water is cold and cannot be heated. There is also no hot tub or hot pool in the hotel.4. The shower head could use some refurbishment. A bit full of calc.5. The gyms (there are 2) could use some loving. One bench was missing a seat/cushion for example. And there are only some dumbells (which goes all the way to 25 KG, which is good for a hotel gym) and treadmills. Adding a cable machine would be a good necessary upgrade in my opinion.

The beach was amazing. Rooms are big.

Nicely located, we rented a motorcycle at the hotel as well.

They use the same towels for the beach and the shower, and they smell because they aren’t washed at a high enough temperature.The breakfast is poor—we didn’t end up eating at the hotel at all. There’s no barista, just a basic coffee machine.We also had to upgrade our room at reception after seeing the one we originally booked, as it didn’t meet our standards. It was located up the hill with many stairs, the room felt outdated, and overall it wasn’t what we expected.

The stuff are super kind, lovely and always smile. The beach is beautiful and very good and fun for kids.

Very disappointing experience. We checked out after only one night because the hotel conditions were unacceptable. The swimming pool was dirty, the room was not properly cleaned, and the bed was very uncomfortable. Breakfast was extremely poor with almost no options, and the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful.The hotel is old and poorly maintained, there were no sunbeds on the beach, and even pool towels were given reluctantly. In our room, there were gaps in the door that allowed mosquitoes to get inside, which made it impossible to sleep comfortably.This place looks nothing like what was advertised on Booking.com. We had to book another hotel and pay again because it was impossible to stay here. Definitely not recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at Cocohut Beach Resort! The staff were absolutely amazing — super friendly and always quick to help us with anything through WhatsApp, which made communication very easy.The location is at the end of a steep road, but the hotel provides a free private shuttle car at any time you need. It’s very comfortable and helpful, whether you want to go up the hill or to the main center of Haad Rin — they’ll drop you off or pick you up whenever you ask.The facilities are excellent: two beautiful pools (the upper infinity pool is especially stunning), very clean water, and plenty of comfortable tanning beds. The private beach is quiet and peaceful — perfect for relaxing. The hotel also provides beach towels whenever needed, you just sign for them.The rooms are super clean. We booked a big terrace room and it was fantastic — spacious, with two king-sized beds, which made our stay even more comfortable.The Breakfast is also very good, an egg station, lots of salads, coffee machines, breads, and lot moreOverall, this resort offers a perfect balance of comfort, service, and relaxation. Highly recommended!!

Would never stay here again

Worst property to stay. After checkout they charged me 3000 thb for no reason. Neither did booking.com or the hotel get back to me after I raised a query. The staff tried scamming me by giving me a deluxe suite after I booked for a pool villa with a sea view. It was the worst experience I had on booking.com

Nice and clean but very loudly

The breakfast was very basic and poor, the staff was not so nice

The facilities are set up for a lot of pool-side fun but the actual beach in front is not a swimming beach so you have to walk into town to a beach where you can actually go into the water about knee level. It’s close to Haad Rin beach though.

The beach in front isn’t a swimming or even wading beach. The king Villas are very far away and the decor isn’t very nice. No water in the room at all the first morning so we asked to change rooms.

Rooms were perfect, Balconies were spacious and cozy, The breakfast is phenomenal with wide varieties of choices and the beach was the highlight of the stay, would recommend this to anyone visiting whether families with kids or even party chasers!

The only down point was getting to the rooms which were on the higher levels

Its a great hotel with a stunning beach area!It has a pool, a nice bar and great beach! Would definitely come again!If you are coming for the full moon party, then the hotel is just a walking distance away from the Party!

Third time at Cocohut over the past 11 years. Each time it gets better. Recent renovations are amazing and the skymoon pool overlooking Haad Rin beach was our favourite upgrade. New villas with private pool were top notch. Great quality and a lot of thought went into covering every need you have. Onsite laundry and scooter rentals at good prices.

We wished we would have booked more of our stay here. The only thing that could have made this better for us would have been live entertainment. But there was plenty of that nearby.

The hotel is next to a clean and beautiful beach. The water is clear and calm. The hotel’s dining area has a great view of the ocean. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, perfect for resting after a day at the beach.

It was a bit tricky to find a place with shade to chill on the beach. It would be nice if the hotel can put out some beach chairs and umbrellas.

Nice resort, very good beach, the new buildings are amazing.We stayed in Sky moon resort, which is not very new, but villas have good views to the “full moon party”beach

The ambience was great, breakfast was amazing, very friendly staff and absolutely loved our room.

Great hotel with super friendly staff willing to go an extra mile to meet your needs. We have loved our spacious pool side room which seemed like brand new one.

The offering of the pool club could have been wider.
