The location is fantastic. Also, I got incredible value for the price of the room.

The restaurant is overpriced. I tried to book my ferry through the front desk and realized it was 50% higher than I saw online. I told the front desk and she didn't care, so I booked it online.

This place was perfect. Friendly staff, clean rooms and the mosquito nets were a plus. Can’t recommend this property enough

Nothing, absolutely perfect.

Decent/nice place, but nothing special. Great beach access, you can rent a scooter directly at the reception, and they have a restaurant at the beach.

The food is so-so, facilities could use some updating.

The place looks like paradise, very beautiful and on the beach. The staff seems friendly and helpful.

The place is not well maintained, the bed felt terribly hard, and the sheets didn't feel clean. Which is a shame as the location and the place itself are amazing.

The room they originally gave us was horrific! There were dark stain on the walls and the door lock was broken. Due to the lock they did change our room to one that was cleaner and locked.But fyi they said most door locks weren’t much more secure than the original.

We had the bungalow right on the beach front which was amazing! Such good value for money as we also had a room upgrade from booking.com the views were stunning and the room was large. The hotel staff were super super friendly and really helpful. They provided a free shuffle to the pier on the day we were leaving. The air con was perfect, warm water and good water pressure for a shower..The room was clean. Location was great - 10-15 mins walk into town. 5 mins walk to the food court. Very close to pier.

The decor was slightly outdated and we couldn't use the light switches whilst the travel adapters were in (design flaw) but this is the only fault I can think of.

The facilities are very rundown. The pool is beautiful but there are areas with broken tiles or filters.The food in the restaurant wasn’t always nice.

Location

I was first given room B4, and the room was so damp that the bedding and the floor were completely wet, the room smelt of damp terribly. The lady at the reception was super rude, she changed us to B3, the window was broken so was the bathroom door. She kept complaining about some people staying in the room a few weeks before and breaking the door, when I asked when it would be repaired, she got super angry, started calling me names and making super rude comments about my personality. I wanted to leave straightaway, but it was half-moon party time, so it was very difficult to find an alternative accommodation. Staying at De Kanda was like he'll. She eventually gave us us room B1 where we stayed for another 3 nights, the room smelt like savage, we had to burn candles all the time to disguise the smell, it was terrible!!!!

Loooooved the pool and beach area! Basically a private beach. The room was spacious but the bed wasn't very comfy. Decent air-conditioning. The bathroom felt quite stuffy and there were vents where mosquitos could get through but we kept the bathroom door closed. There's a lamp which was good but not many accessible plug sockets. Overall really good stay here! Very good value for money. However we did have to go into our room through the window at one point as the lock stopped working from the inside... so had to lock it from outside and get in through the window so we could lock the door at night !

Very poor experience, bathroom looked like a dungeon, room was unpleasant, bed gave me back pain. It was clean tho, staff was nice.

Second time we have stayed in this resort. Great location for the beach, food hall, Saturday market and ferry.

The personal in hotel is amazing and always willing to help. The room are big the facilities is good but water pressure is low. It close to the pier and the hotel provide free taxi service that is great . Pool is nice too.

Location is nice, quiet and the garden and pool are lovely. Not to mention that you’re right in the beach, amazing!

The matras in the bungalow garden view was very uncomfortable.

Still modern enough and very good for 3 stars.

Breakfast was good, but lunch and dinner go to a place outside the resort. Restaurant kitchen not really equipped for that

Location was ideal for beach and bars and restaurants. Spacious accommodation and comfortable bed

location is very near to thong sala pier also room were very spacious, staff were great except they didn't help for reimbursing money when we complaint about room AC was not working

Taxi service time is limited which we didn't know, we only came to know when we checked out and asked for complimentry taxi service at reception

-Do not message them via Booking.com as they will not reply. I messaged them twice about changing our dates (needed to check out a day earlier) and they had no knowledge of it when I arrived. Not a big deal but if we needed to completely change our dates, it might have been a problem. -There was a shelf sticking out of the wall above where our heads would rest on top of the bed. I banged my head off this in the middle of night as it’s right above the pillow. I provided a picture. Not exactly comfortable…-Some areas of the room were run down but we didn’t mind this much
