We stayed at this beautiful luxury hotel in Thailand for a few days during our second honeymoon, and it truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptional—warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. They made us feel very special and went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our stay was perfect.The food at the hotel was excellent, and breakfast in particular was outstanding, with a wide variety of high-quality options. While the overall experience is quite expensive compared to typical Thailand prices, it is absolutely worth it for the level of service, comfort, and luxury you receive.That said, just outside the hotel there are multiple cute, affordable local restaurants, making a breakfast-only option more than sufficient. It’s easy and enjoyable to explore nearby dining options without spending too much.Our room was spotless, flawless, and extremely comfortable. Housekeeping was impeccable, and everything felt fresh, clean, and very well maintained throughout our stay. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy our time together.Overall, this hotel offers an exceptional combination of luxury, comfort, and outstanding service. It’s an ideal choice for couples, honeymoons, or anyone looking for a special and memorable stay. We would happily return and highly recommend it.

Food and drinks prices are significantly more expensive than just few meters away outside the hotel.The main pool is quite small and there are no actual special activities (surf classes etc)

Not the cheapest but we loved our stay. The staff were very friendly and the facilities and beach are amazing.

The level of service and luxury is indescribable.The staff is super nice and attentive, giving you attention at all times. The room is cleaned twice a day and is very spacious with a nice private pool. The food at the Japanese style restaurant at the hotel is very high level, some of the best we had in Thailand (albeit being the most expensive too). The breakfast is also exceptional and rich with a large buffet and many complimentary dishes to order.You truly get one of the most comfortable and luxurious hotel experiences you can get with an excellent view on a tropical island.

We took a room with a beach front which is very nice and convenient, but it lacks some privacy. People (and animals) can come inside the room from the beach unbothered, be it on accident or not. There were also some birds who left their feces and some fruits on our outdoor bed several times a day, but it should be mentioned that the cleaning staff took care of that quickly and sometimes before we could mention it.Additionally, everything inside the hotels is several times more expensive than outside, but it is also somewhat expected.

The hotel is luxurious in various aspects with a 'White lotus' level service, looking after you several times a day, with a smile and positive attitude.The hotel looks absolutely stunning: pool, beach, restaurant. Everything is so instagramable.The pool is nice and located right next to one of the better beaches I've been to with cool water and soft sand.

Having no kids club was difficult for us. There is no complaint here because we knew it in advance, but for a family with a baby, this is essential.Gym is very small and has only the very basic equipment. The hotel offers yoga lessons for a high price. I just don't understand why such a luxurious hotel, that already has a matching price tag, charges for yoga lessons instead of offering it to its guests like other hotels.

Gym is extremely small which is very important aspect for me. And rooms could be nicer.

Wonderful property on a beautiful beach that's not overcrowded.. Everything is beautiful and well maintained.

Room was not ready at 3pm check-in. We waited in the restaurant, which was fine, but there was no apology for the wait. Also, welcome drinks took 10+ minutes to arrive. Maybe offer a smaller selection that can be prepared and delivered more quickly.

Amazing hotel and the service was great! Staff was polite and nice The food was amazing also!!!We had Sanh as our host and he took care of everything for us! Helped us and made our stay fun!

An amazing hotel! Everything is beautiful and well-maintained. The room is spacious and very clean; the bed is super comfortable. The staff is wonderful throughout the hotel. They are generous in their help. Thanks to Nooni from the reception, who was so kind and helpful, and assisted us with everything we requested! He helped extend our stay in the same room with a kind discount. Breakfast was very good, and the restaurants inside the hotel were as well. A bit expensive, but a great value for the money.

Nice beach.

Once we arrived - we came to a room where they had left welcome deserts out for I don’t know how long since it was 1000 flies around it. We didn’t get a round tour of the property, was just shown to our room. We got a number to reception to have easy access on WhatsApp, however the person we got didn’t answer messages, and if we sent an order he sent wrong ones. We travelled with our nanny and she was treated very poorly from the hotel multiple times when they told her she was not allowed to eat in the breakfast cause according to them she was not a hotel guest (which she was, she was staying in the hotel) and that she had to pay. On top of that the whole family got food poisoning from eating in the hotel restaurant. We also asked for help to book a taxi one evening to go into the city and the reply we got was that the hotel taxi was not available and they couldn’t help us to call another one nor give us a number to call ourselves. We also asked them to book our ferry from koh phangan back to Koh Samui, and we specifically asked for the slow ferry that takes approximately 45 min, since we were traveling with two small children and a lot of luggage. They booked the smallest and fastest speedboat you can find, which made the trip even dangerous for our youngest baby. This is beyond unacceptable!!! The service in the hotel was extremely bad and I would not call this a 5 star hotel nor recommend this hotel to anyone.

It ruined the end of my vacation

At first, we got an extremely noisy room, just above a restaurant ventilation shaft. Then after a sleepless night the manager moved us into another room. In the next room I got electrified from a lamp.

Perfect location, like a small heaven, with a professional touch everywhere (garden, rooms, beach etc). Very friendly and professional staff, exquisite quisine at the restaurants.

The room was big and had a nice pool very clean

We had a lot of noise of construction from the other side of the wall that woke us up early in the morning. We expected something quiet with a baby

All the services apart from breakfast are approximately 10x more expensive than from the outside shops (food, laundry, taxi, boat etc.)

The hotel was amazing, we had a great time! The room is big and clean, they clean the room twice a day. The breakfast was very good. The staff was so kind and help with everything. The hotel’s beach is also great
