The property is very secluded, which is perfect to completely relax. Everyone was super attentive, helpful and polite.

The resort has their own beach and a spectacular pool with the view of the mountains and the forest. It is beautiful and dreamy. I loved the staff, Nhuan was beyond amazing to us, she helped us book amazing activities - cycling, hiking, releasing the turtles, as well as being always available for us. We also did a nice strong massage, where they did an amazing job on my lower back :D

The location is a bit off from the city, meaning you will either have to take a scooter or a taxi to the city. The beds had too soft mattresses, but this is just my personal preference.

Expert layout — our villa was close to all amenities but felt private and secluded. The architecture is gorgeous and the materials are top quality: Pools, verandas, terraces, bridges, walkways. Food was tasty and fresh. Above all, the staff at Poulo Condor go above and beyond to welcome you. Every need is met before you can ask! By the time we left, we felt like family. They wrote the book when it comes to hospitality. We will be back!

We loved every single thing.

It was a gorgeous property. The staff was amazing especially Khang, Nuhua and Tam. My daughter and I were well taken care of. There was such thoughtfulness, put in every little touch. It was great fun to see all the wild life. The massage I had from Tam was the best I have EVER received. Nuhua was so kind to my daughter and I. It was such a pleasure to see her everyday. Khang gave us a luxury experienceWe did some fishing, and we went to send baby sea turtles off!The pool was gorgeous, and we had lots of pool time.We definitely will be back.

No cons. All excellent.The only thing I would ask is maybe some music in the evening near the restaurant and the beach. There's that whole outdoor beach area with the outdoor bar, which would be great if there was dj/music so you could dance with some bonfires.

A slice of paradise on a special island. We never wanted to leave the resort and neither did our kids. The staff and service of the Poulo condor hotel is amazing, hospitality on another level. Special thanks to Nhuan for going out of her way to come up with fun activities for our kids, one of which was releasing baby turtles into the sea. An experience we will never forget. The food is delicious too. Thank you for the best memories to all of you.

The grounds, architecture and location make it a stunningly beautiful Vietnamese village. The staff deliver 5 star customer service. In particular, Quang the property manager made sure my stay was extraordinary by arranging private snorkeling excursions for me. Chi in the reception and the entire dining staff greet you with smiles and care. Alas one minor point was that housekeeping needs to pay more attention to the tile floors given the resort is along the beachfront

Breakfast was high quality, bedding was very good, lots of hot water for the shower, the pool was clean and beautiful

Some cleanliness aspects, which were rectified when we requested this e.g leaf matter +++around pool making it difficult to walk around our villa pool without getting leaves and pine needles all over feet. This issue was the same in outdoor (and only upright) shower - Sand and leaf debris everywhere to tread thru in getting to/from shower. Room service was very average in terms of bed making and restocking of mini bar.Slow service in restaurant with orders easily confused.

Loved the properties, and the surroundings. The SPA and service was excellent and the pool area is divine. It's probably one of the most beautiful locations I've been to. Renting scooters during your visit is a must. All the personnel is amazing and wants you to have a great time.

We paid quite a lot for the resort. Very few people spoke english and we were constantly misunderstood with orders, requests, etc. This in combination with that the food unfortunately was not very good for the prize that they were charging. The Vitnamese options were good. However, we expected more from a quite expensive high-end hotel. With that being said, we had a lovely time and the island is beautiful!

Breakfast is great however the quality of cooking for dinner and the wine and cocktails are not high, quite poor for such a high end experience otherwise.

This would better cater to adventurous travelers eager to explore regional flavors.What truly sets Poulo Condor apart is how every element - from the decor to the service - reflects genuine care and thoughtfulness rather than corporate standardization.

+ welcoming Drink, refreshing towl and massage during check-in ?+ wonderful, helpful staff+ beautiful hotel grounds + clean beach in front of the hotel, almost lonesome beach, nice Long Beach Walks + everything was super easy from check-in to organizing/booking treatments, motorbikes etc+ amazing breakfast: lots of different options in drinks (coffee, cappuccino, Vietnamese coffee etc)!and food (international and local) to choose from + room service twice a day (if you like to)+ free coffee, tea and of course water in your room everyday (you can make your own Vietnamese drip with sweetened milk ?)

A very pleasant hotel in a wonderful location with everything you could want for a relaxing stay. We rarely stay somewhere for more than two days, but I had such a good time here that I didn't want to leave. Incredibly nice and helpful staff, especially the reception girls Vy and Nhuan were really helpful with everything. The hotel has a beautiful beach, an amazing pool, a restaurant, we also used massages, some of which we completed. The hotel lent us scooters to explore the island, provided transportation to and from the airport. Con Son (Con Dao) is a very calm and peaceful place, if I ever come back to Vietnam, I will definitely come here. Thank you ❤️

Nothing, all absolutely as we would like.

Location is paradise, the resort itself is stunning, so green spacious and full of wildlife, the beach right on the resort is tranquil and not busy (basically totally empty) amazing coral in the sea for snorkelling. Pool area is a stunning view of the mountains. Staff were so friendly and helpful.

Poulo Condor Hotel was the highlight of our 3 week trip through Vietnam. The hotel is in a beautiful setting with access to a private beach. Nature has been allowed to thrive within the hotel complex whilst still maintaining a luxurious feel.The staff are extremely hospitable, especially Nhuan from reception who went the extra mile to make our stay at Poulo a truly exceptional experience.I highly recommended this hotel and will definitely be returning!

Beautiful jungle scenery, huge comfortable rooms, amazing pool. Very peaceful spot to relax and enjoy nature! Hotel also arranged a boat trip to see the turtles at a nearby national park.

There was a lot of trash on the nearby beach (due to tide patterns, not the fault of the hotel). We didn’t mind since there was plenty to do and the jungle/pool was gorgeous, but it’s not so much a beach hotel.

Fantastic location on the beach, great staff, good food and cocktails. Peaceful, low density, boutique hotel. Roomy colonial style bungalows. Hotel grounds are well laid out, lots of space to relax on the beach. Anything we wanted - scooter hire, turtle sanctuary visit - they organised.

Lovely hideaway on the island of Côn Đảo. Indochina style setting. Spacious rooms in a well maintained park. A gorgeous 25 m infinity pool. Excellent service and restaurant. Clean beach.

Beach shower needs repair. Lots of mosquitoes during our stay beginning of June.
