The view from the beachfront bungalows was great.

The lounge chairs should be replaced and the food could be a lot better.

Everything except the restaurant and breakfast aren't up to standards

Breakfast and restaurant are not up to standards of the other properties around. The houses are a little down and for some need maintenance

From the warm welcome upon arrival & the hospitality during our stay, we loved it here.The bungalows are clean, spacious and offer beautiful views across the beach. The food at the restaurant was delicious. The staff are friendly, and any activities you would like to do are organised for you. We will be back!!

The only thing we didn't like was having to leave at the end of our trip ?

The staff was top notch and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was wonderful, I can't thank them enough. If you're looking for a romantic getaway at an affordable price, this is an excellent choice. We did a boat tour with them where we snorkeled, fished, and swam with bioluminescent plankton. Highly recommend. We bought crabs directly from another boat, and they prepared the fish we caught and the crabs up into an amazing meal for us.

The bed could have been a little more comfortable. It wasn't bad, but not the best I've slept on.

Location is really good. Even though there is construction happening nextdoor it did not impact the stay at all. The beach is very clean and you can see there's an effort to keep it that way. Staff was very friendly and helpful always.

The onshore winds bring massive amounts of mostly plastic pollution onto the beach. It is absolutely disgusting. You cannot blame the hotel for this but you don't want to holiday in a rubbish tip. Also swimming in the ocean you are surrounded by plastic. The hotel made a token attempt to clean the beach but a thankless task. Also there is a large amount of brown sewerage allowed to enter the sea turning parts of the sand brown. However the opposite side of the Island is clean (Lazy Beach) you should consider this instead. It could be amazing... But isn't

Location on the beach, restuarants a short walk away.

We had a tree villa (2 beds) a/c unit was only at head height in the downstairs section. If it was place above the upstair bed the cool air will fall down and both beds would benifit. Upstairs without a/c was just bareable even at night.Also a draw back was the number bitting insects in the evening.

I loved everything about this place. The staff are amazing, the ambience perfect, the room sumptuous, the bed amazingly comfortable and the location, well that's just something else!! If you're looking for complete peace and being spoiled rotten, give this place a look. Once in a lifetime experience. Thank you ?

The facilities are old and ill-maintained especially inside the room. The toilet seat cover is broken. There were so many mosquito.

Location is great at a quiet part of the beach but can walk to bars etc. huts traditional wooden style and second row are elevated first row are directly onto beach. Staff were helpful with travelling to and from the resort.

It’s tired and starting to feel run down. The room was old fashioned and a bit grim compared to others we have stayed in. Bathroom passable. Sunbeds and brolleys need replacing. Spa is expensive but we didn’t experience it. There were kayaks and paddle boards and snorkel gear but nobody invited us to use anything, but we did and they are free. No pool restaraunt isn’t busy and the breakfast was poor

Nice tree house in the second row. I could see the sea from the room. Wide selection during breakfast, they even brought me additional fruit plate

Great location, lovely beach. We really enjoyed the paddle board which was free to use. Sea view exceptional! Good quality of food.

Rooms need a refresh. Service could be slightly quicker and potentially include beach service/clearing.

Nice clean bungalow facing the bay. Located on a quite part of saracen bay. Perfect for those who just wants to relax. Helpful staff and reasonably priced food in the resort. Reliable WiFi and hot water supply for shower. Drinking water available at reception. Water sports equipment (paddle board, snorkel) available for free.

Currently construction going on next door. Trash washed up on the beach needs to be clear more often.

The location is fabulous. You can't help but just chill out. The staff are also very polite & helpful.

The resort is very dated and would benefit from modernisation, and more lighting around the property as it looks pretty miserable in the evening, also there is no nightime atmosphere as people seem to avoid going to the restaurant but again it hasn't been made to look & feel welcoming.The food in the restaurant wasn't great (although the breakfast was acceptable). We ate at the restaurant 3 times and then decided the 8 minute walk down the beach to other restaurants was worth it, as the food was fabulous at both Sarah's resort & Onederz.Unfortunately, the bed in the bungalow was extremely hard and uncomfortable, but as an experienced traveller, I always take an airbed with me (just in case), so I slept on that.Please note that it's not unusual to find a hard mattress in Thailand/Cambodia/Vietnam as it seems to be their chosen style.
