Papa Pippo Otres Village

Never stayed when we arrived found out moved location to smaller one not same before no swimming pool ....owner wanted me to psy my booking com I paid with card owner talked nasty and rude wanted to pick a fight ...he wanted to cancel I told him no refund he asked for my credit card I refused eventually he gave me my money back booking com should remove him so other customers don't have same problem

If property explained temporary move no swimming pool very small facility ...owner so rude to customer

We were dropped off at the wrong Papa Pipo and the staff there offered to drive us to the correct one free of charge. Before that we had a lovely pizza and cold beers. No rush, no pressure. Wonderful customer care!

Room inside is basic but ok, no warm water though. Next door to Papa Pippo Otres Village is another guesthouse which is much better, Look on Google maps.

The location! This is not New Papa Pipo, there are two! Somehow the reviews of New Papa Pippo are on Papa Pippo Otres Village. These are very different and in a different location.The location of the Otres Village one is destroyed, terrible smell and nothing nice to say about it. The New Papa Pippo is indeed fine.

Otres village, once a 'quite area' has now been turned into a giant building site for Chinese financed Casinos and Hotels...this means the area is no longer pleasant to stay in. This is not the fault of the hotel...but it's unfortunate.

Clean and functional. But there should have been disclosure at booking stage that the site I was statyng was an annexe 6-800 metres from the swimming pool and reception

The Staff was super friendly and the rooms were located in a quite area. The restaurant is pretty descent combined with the pool.

The restaurant prices were a bit too high considering the country but the food is delicious.

Unfortunately, it smelled like waste, you couldn't sit outside, maybe just a seasonal thing in 12/2024?Outdated photos (the restaurant is no longer there, moved about 5 minutes away)

Accomodation with all you need for perfect stay, owner and possibility to rent scooter.

Location. You need scooter to get out of there as early as possible. Otres village is dirty, full of trash and wild dogs. Check googlemaps city views.

Very helpful and hospitable staff. Very warm and welcoming. Loved the atmosphere at the newer establishment as that is were we were dropped off by mistake. Loved the atmosphere so much booked back in for our return from the island. They have even stored our luggage for our return. Just so lovely five stars for effort to the customer.

The rooms were dated but don't take anything away from this place. It was clean comfy good tv and good aircon.

Papa Pippo is awesome ? a great alternative to staying in the main city. Everything you could possibly want for a comfortable stay… air con comfy beds, tv, kettle with tea and coffee, even Miskito oil burners in each room… great vibes especially in new Papa Pippo - plus great food & hospitality. Would return next time in Sihanoukville:))

The best place ever. Good price, friendly staff, a great location, special atmosphere. They have an amazing Italian restaurant. We had an unforgettable vacation there. I would like to come back one more time.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming and the room was quite good. Hot water, clean towels, aircon and even coffee for the morning.

There’s 2 Papa Pippo, the old one and the new one, and the pictures of the ad is a mix of the old and the new. We were a bit disappointed because we stayed in the old one without knowing. There’s no restaurant or swimming pool in the old one, even though we could go to the new one and access it. Also it’s a bit far from everything

The facilities us like we are inside a natural resort even its a small area but very beautifully maintained

A nice quiet little paradise, staff absolutely amazing, the room have everything you need, I book for 1 night but extended my stay an extra 2 nights, was just a great place to relax, kitchen did very good meals

Wonderfull run family guesthouse. They help you with everything, are super friendly and fun. Food is very nice. Relaxing place in not really pretty Sihanoukville. Highlight of the city.
