RIVA Hotel SHV

Spacious room, clean.

The way the room set up and decorated, not live…

The room was spacious

Isolation was very bad, staff unpolite, and they take you for cowmilk : more than 3 dollars the ice cream ?? This is not a serious hotel don't go

Book somewhere else.

Breakfast caters to Asian tastes. Westerners left with very few options. Ordered meal with rice/vegetables and opted to add chicken. The chicken was only bones with marrow surrounded by what looked like breaded scraps and no actual chicken meat. It was disgusting and inedible. Staff was advised and seemed not to care. Constant construction noise at adjacent property located just outside our room. Casinos blocked view of beach and at night were obnoxious with pulsating lighting.

Pool and view ,rooms where great clean view. Good breakfast

Internet was no good slow in room when promised high speed for work

Perfect for me,Khmer rice soup and my favorite food

You are beautiful inside compared to one infront you Novotel have oceanfront but rate more than you are twice

You are perfect for me breakfast very good and much better than I expected.Location easy to find

That wasn’t your fault because outside your property and city problems [entrance ]

Great sized rooms and wonderful friendly service. Pool on the roof is a win win. Food was great. A jewel in Sihanoukville. Thank you for a relaxing stay

Visually it looks great but it was not

Location was not safe. The noise was horrible with construction. The bed was very uncomfortable. We didn’t have any hot water. The breakfast was inedible. Have stayed in various places in Cambodia and this has to have been the worst.

Clean , silent , nice build

Missing some furniture on the balcony.Otherwise all great

Stunning, clean , delicious food for breakfast with many choices. Friendly staff.

Cleanness, Big and New Room, good location to reach beaches

Swimming pool, Breakfast, Fitness & sauna center.

During breakfast too much chinese peoples.

Staff atitude.The pool & Sauna...

One elevator was under maintainance for two days, and in some hours even the second did not work..we had to use the service elevator...

Absolutely great hotel. Clean, nice, comfortable. If you need to be in Sihanoukville it’s a great choice. The city itself is (in my opinion) not worth visiting but that has nothing to do with the hotel itself being great.

New spacious rooms, comfortable surroundings staff for lovely and helpful

New hotel still learning the ropes

The property was very nice and the rooms were comfortable, clean and quiet. Everything worked properly and our room was spacious as well.

Great pool, big rooms and great breakfast

The rooftop bar could be more happening

I am delighted with the hotel and its kind staff. Great team! Breakfasts are super, croissants are mesmerizing. Clean, good layout with a view of the sea, you can work on the 10th floor with a beautiful view of the city??

Expectations for the spa were higher, but the pool was generally good.I would like the hot water not to switch to warm when filling the bath. As a result, the water is not so warm and we made do with boiling water from the kettle??

I liked the location and facilities. Good layout to room.

The breakfast standard was poor with lack of good variety. People from hotel should travel and eat at other 4 star hotels to compare. When there's hoard of bus tourists, the breakfast place is uncomfortable and there's lack of cutlery and plates. All the food is gone and cannot be refreshed fast enough. Staff are clearly overwhelmed.

modern, new, location

problems with humidity due to condensation in the room, bed hard, noisy from the street.
