Room was comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful.

Breakfast selection was very limited. Pool was in the lobby and not very inviting.

The customer service and the reception was very friendly, I haven't met such a high Customer service level much in Cambodia at other places, they are very helpful. Hot water and water pressure was very good in the shower.The bed was comfortable, good mattress

It has a little smell of cigarettes, it's everywhere in the hotel.

Receptionist was so friendly and ready support us anytime. She can speak English, Chinese very well. There was a problem with my bathroom and they changed another room for us. The price was reasonable.

Staff very friendly and spoke great English which was very helpful for us. We got upgraded to a bigger room free of charge which was lovely. We stayed here overnight before continuing our travels. Good location, easy to grab a tuktuk. Shops/restaurants within walking distance.

Quite costly for an overnight stay, no breakfast available but this was OK as there are places in walking distance.

Friendly staff and very helpful and determine about guest. Yeah they even help you save your budget as well the property have price option for your long stay. Which i think it's good and benefits me a lot.

1-Staff is friendly and really there help to in my stay at the hotel2-Breakfast: was nice I can try the taste of local people. There three main dishes to choose3-The room is good, especially the bed really for me is so comfortable to sleep. What I like is the price is good and the view of the mountain and city from the room balcony.

Tasty breakfast (now they have 3 options - western, local, Chinese), comfortable bed, nice city view especially on the roof where breakfast is served. We appreciate nice bag as the gift for the VIP client membership . Swimming pool at the hall, friendly english speaking personnel on the reception.

Sihanoukville is not a great city to spend a lot of time in, but if you’re passing through, this hotel is good value for money to wait for your flight. clean.

Modern hotel in central sooky, clean with nice and friendly staff, reception spoke good English and helped us in our forward travel. All in all, hotel is perfect for an overnighted Breakfast was a bit confusing.

Needed to eat at 7.00 as we had a flight to catch, had told the hotel in advance. The food was prepared and left on the side whilst the juice, salad was being prepared. By the time the food arrived the fried eggs were stone cold.

Everything. They take a $10 deposit per room then try to return the deposit in local currency. Pool was in the foyer, shower did not work properly, but the water was hot. Too much road noise
