Crystal Palace Hotel Nongkhai

Excellent customer service from the ladies at reception. Very helpful and very polite and always smiling and nothing seemed to much trouble. Daily cleaning of my room by staff who where just as pleasant as the staff on reception. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

There was nothing really that l didnt like about this hotel. If you wanted to be picky you can find fault in any hotel. Over all a very enjoyable stay. Would certainly return to this hotel.

Lovely room, clean with a comfortable bed! Staff were really nice.

A bit far from restaurants/paces to eat, but close to mall if that’s something that interests you! Room could use a bit of deco but that’s just something small :))

Nice guest-friendly hotel with a fabulous artisan coffee shop attached that serves great hot lattés and sourdough bread. Happy smiling baristas are always a bonus.

All good N/A

Location is ok. Walking distance to some restaurants & shopping center.

Room smells. Can be quite noisy at night. Window latch damaged & difficult to open/close. Shower head broken. No kettle provided in room.

Poor location, adequate rooms but the rudest and most unfriendly hotel I have known in Thailand. Normally hotels in Thailand are so friendly and acommodating but sadly not here.

Staff and rip off attitude

its walkways have some tables and chairs, perfect for sitting outside to work, eat or relaxgood location. hipster coffee bar

Very limited catering available, particularly when the coffee bar is closed. Definitely bring your own supplies. However, the extensive facilities in the shopping centre are only three minutes walk up the road

I have stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions in the past. This time it wasn’t up to my expectations as on previouse visits.Comfortable bed. Cleaned bedding and towels.Hot shower.Location near Tesco lotus with restaurants. WiFi was sometimes ok but weak. Parking. Budget price.

On arrival the room gave off a musty unclean smell. I spoke to reception and was offered a room next door which also smelt the same. No other rooms available so we stayed in a smelly room.No kettle tea or coffee facilities in the room.

No breakfasts reserves. Not possible to may extra for breakfasts.

Shower

The room is quite large. So, I love it

There is no lift and I can hear someone from other room.

Was clean and modern good Ben the area. coffee shop in lobby was outstanding with great pastry

not much

I just left my stuff here and decided to spend the night at another place. Price is really cheap, but i can not reccomend if you need comfortable stay.

Condition of room is too old, noisy AC, non-comfortable shower

Clean room with good price, nice staff.

Very clean and comfortable. Staffs are helpful . Good value for money. Received make up room and clean towels everyday ... it’s just amazing to have this fine service with money we paid. Recommend
