Staff was very nice, especially the guy doing the breakfast in the morning.

Mattress is too firm.

Had a villa for 2 days. First one appointed was facing a quite busy road so asked to be moved to the garden facing ones which are much better good breakfast luckily my girlfriend speaks Thai otherwise I would have communication problems

Jacuzzi in the first room did not work.Changed room to a dirty room with animal feces on the pillow case and shelving and ants crawling over the worktops, a lot of ants!!

I only stayed one night, the staff were lovely and friendly. Check in was smooth and they helped with transport to my next destination. Would love to stay again for longer

When I booked, I was wondering why this place has relatively mediocre reviews (more expensive than similar places in Nong Khai). Now I know: the room (villa) is nothing like it is suggesded in the pictures. A very large room, but no table to take notes or work (there is a small table with a small sofa [NOT CLEAN], but it is no good to relax or work. No relax chair either, just a very large and unused space. Poor maintenance of the room/bathroom. Bathtub useless in a room without air condition. The bathroom is a sauna. Dirt in the corners, the sink comes loose when touching it, small, cheap fridge like in a one star hostal, very mediocre breakfast (Thailand is famous for food, I had breakfast once and skipped it twice). The owner comes during breakfast and intrusively asks for a good review. Madam, for a good review, you'll have to manage and invest much better!

Remove the images of the pool, it no longer exists. It was filled in to expand the dining area. We had based our decision to stay on the fact that there was a pool. Not happy

The staff were lovely, welcoming, and helpful. The owner was charming. Evening dining was good, but there was no atmosphere and a very limited alcoholic drink choice. It was great to see the vegetables and fruits planted in the grounds.

The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The room was a bit tired and in need of a refurbishment. Breakfast had little choice for Europeans.

The staff were very friendly, spoke very good english and very helpful. The room was spotless, the bed was comfy, hotel is in a good position close to all shops, Markets & Restaurants. The breakfast was exceptional. the best ever I have experienced

building work going on whilst we ate our breakfast and most of the day. of course work needs to be done but surely not whilst people are eating close by?the bathrooms looked a bit tired. the tiles were not cracked but could do with cleaning and re-grouting. also the grade finish around the windows and doors was messy and didn’t make the rest of the room look goodalso the swimming pool that is advertised on their brochures has been filled in. that’s not good.

Villa Room floor have bad foot smelly issues should be cleaned. If Payment by Visa must pay additional % of total bill.

Lovely clean spacious hotel room with great view over river at back. Ate at restaurant for evening meal which was good. Staff very attentive and helpful. We chose this hotel due to closeness to border into Laos.Staff arranged their hotel minibus van to Thai border crossing but can do trips to Laos as well.Quiet location which suited us.
