Pros +
- Amazing customer service, very spacious and clean room and fantastic location
- great amenities available including a microwave on another floor, big TV, comfortable beds and the room was a good size. Came with slippers, toothbrush, hair bands etc
- The room was small, but very roomy I had plenty of space to move around in. The Dragonken restaurant was very convenient, as well as the 711 across the street.
Cons -
- The door lock was a little dated but I wouldn’t say I didn’t like it, just hadn’t seen a key lock in a hotel for a while
- The pillow were a little too thin for me.

location location location. station to hotels and main attractions all within 10 mins , near public transport. the bed was very comfortable, staff didn’t tucked the sheet under the mattress was the best experience with this hotel. water tap and shower hair brush useful and very functional.
I cannot change the temp on air conditioner
Location was pretty convenient, very close to the station. There was a conbini nearby and it's close to a few restaurants.
Room smelled bad and when we saw them, the provided yukatas had stains on them, so they clearly don't care much about cleanliness.
smoking smell is so bad. i couldn’t sleep nicely
there’s only one bottle of water.
Location was great
Very bad mold smell. It just smelled like the room was not properly cleaned up. The bathroom and specially shower was the worst offender.
