Richmond Hotel Utsunomiya Ekimae Annex

I loved the spacious room. The bathtub was medium sized. I wish it was like a Love Hotel bathtub, but hey, it is what it is! This room was clean and nice and the staff is amazing. You get free coffee at the lobby.

I wish the bathtub was bigger and larger, but that's how business hotels are. It's not the fault of the hotel. I just wish if it was for couples then it would have a nice big bathtub! Which it actually does in comparison to most business hotels, so even where it lacks it is very good.

Good Location and clean room.Breakfast is very good

The breakfast was really nice. We went to the one in Annex which is a mix of Western/Japanese food. I could get some salads,bacon,cereals while my wife had ochazuke, salmon, etc…

The tv alignment in the room was a little weird, not aligned with the bed, neither with the chairs.

Breakfast is exceptional and there’re various things to choose from. You can also use the restaurant from the opposite Richmond.

Parking is the 立体駐車場 type. So it will take some time to get the car if there’s a person coming before you.

1st time staying in Richmond Hotel, the location is extremely convenient for us to walk to the nearby restaurant for dine-in after long drive. We appreciate for the free supper which is extremely delicious. Is a good experience.

Location was good, Room was nice and the staff was very friendly.

Parking garage closed at 11 but we went to the movies and didn't get back until 1130 so had to find alternate parking, The 2nd night we arrived around 530 and the parking was full and we were given a map to an alternate location, we followed the map but didn't know which parking we were supposed to used and couldn't use google translate as I was using the phone for directions.

Did not have breakfast, its not really affordable, or the style of eating I usually consume. So it was more eating while travelling. Location was great, in that it was close to the JR station which we were using for travel further afield, as well as some great 'cheap' dinning!

It was all good, very friendly staff, the girls/women were very very helpful and pretty!

Room is too small, no place for luggage. Morning was noisy (5AM) from the street. Toilet is too small but OK

Located almost next to the train/bus station and a great Kaiseki restaurant. Umbrella's were available when we asked for them.

Conveniently located to the train station. 7/11 and many restaurants close by. A great central location but still quiet with the window open.

Rooms were a bit too warm but was able to open the window which helped.

Close to the train station and car hire. There are lots of places to eat. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Excellent location. Amazingly helpful and friendly staff. Carpet was a little tired in our room but everything else was fantastic

The hotel is conveniently located next to the JR railway station of Utsunomiya. The room was of a decent quality. Perhaps a little outdated but everything functioned well.

I loved the fact that I could use my YouTube account on the TV. That is a great service.

The rooms are slightly older and stuffy. Bathroom is small. But these are not a deal breakers.

Check in was easy , I arrived early, they allowed me to store my bags prior to check in

The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean and spacious.

Rooms are good . staff behavior was good. Location is really good. Parking staff was so kind , they even let us parked after their working time.
