The lobby looked very nice.? the front desk staff were polite, the price was cheap.

The hotel room was VERY old (weak 1970s A/C, loose carpet squares) and significantly dirty (a stain with food on the sheet, big stain on the sofa, dirty bathroom & carpet) The hotel parking was full, so we were made to park 2 blocks away and pay for it.

This hotel is terrible, it stinks of cigarette smoke, the moment you step out of the lift the smell hits you. Rooms stink; the smell makes you sick. The curtains, carpet, everything is disgusting. Do not stay here. Staff aren't helpful.

The breakfast was very delicious! I really enjoyed the assortment of food served! Particularly the croissants, coffee, and lemon drinks from Tochigi were really enjoyable. Thank you very much for the very nice breaktast!

There are a little bit of stain on the wall of the room, probably the room need a little bit of refurbishment. Also, if you are an international travellers, not used to Japanese kind of memory pillow, maybe you will found it a bit hard to sleep with the hard memory pillow the provided.

Good location. Rooms are very decent size for Japan and the bed was very comfortable. Plenty of konbini near by and lots of good food and beverage choices within walking distance.

Hotel feels a little dated. TV quite old and a little small by today’s standards, also only limited channels and all in Japanese. Ability to stream from your phone would cater to non Japanese guests. I mistakenly booked a smoking room and was unable to change to non-smoking, I found the smoking floor particularly unpleasant but did get used to it after a day or so. Booking the smoking room was my mistake and no bad reflection on the hotel itself.

The location is great. So many options for food & activities.

Parking is hard if not under the hotel, due to multiple personnel using the backup option. The hotel parking has a car height limit.

Close to the Train station. Price was less than other hotels but the value was way less!

Room NOT clean! No water available told to drink sink water and get their free ice. Small room. No ramp to get into hotel.

Very old hotel, would not recommend it during the hotter months because the air con was probably not working properly. Location was great, though and the staff and service were very good. Price was okay.

The rooms were larger than average for Japan. Big bathroom and nice lounge/desk area. Hotel had an excellent laundry with washing machine and dryer. Was value for money and well appointed for the practical traveller. Gyoza restaurant also located around the corner.

The hotel is very clean, quite, and in a very good location, close to the station. The receptionist was super friendly and speaks English very well. It was a wonderful stay overall.

The location, the staff, but slightly not well in smell due to smoking are rooms floor it's too much cigarettes smelly and it's fine the important is the place we can sleep for while and then the hotel is slightly elegant and good ? well in ambiance.... Overall great and blessed more to your good company

Smelly in 5th floor

Nice size room, higher beds and great breakfast. Easy to find near station.

Older hotel but well maintained.

Easy to find from Utsunomiya station, very close to the station (walking 5 minutes). I could see the station from my room.

Just a small thing, i prefer bottled water than tap water.

The hotel staff were very helpful throughout our whole trip. They even helped move my bags when my husband was working during what was supposed to be our check out time. I'm pregnant and also have a toddler.

The rooms got overheated throughout the night and sometimes the air conditioning felt like it wasn't working.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to walk there without needing public transport. While the hotel itself is old-fashioned, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the check-in process was quick. The room was spacious, bright, and clean. The Wi-Fi worked well, and there’s a convenience store in the building, which is handy. For the price we paid, there’s really nothing to complain about—it’s exactly what you’d expect for the cost.

The only downside was the street noise. Even on the 6th floor, we could hear a lot of noise from the street, including people talking loudly. If you’re a light sleeper, I’d recommend using earplugs.

I liked the kids corner. I liked being able to take bathroom amenities when needed. I liked the location close to the train station and a family mart next door.

It is very dated and not very clean.

Staff were polite

The recommended parking was ridiculously far away. The air conditioning in the room could not be controlled (only option was hot air blowing through the AC vents or no air flow at all). The rooms were old and smelled old. The breakfast was not very good. All in all, I would never consider staying here again.

Location, easy access , friendly and supportive staff.

Facilities are starting to show the sign of time. It would benefit from update and modernization.

The Location is Excellent. I t is 2 min. from the train station and very close to restaurants and stores.

The management gave me help me greatly. My girlfriend order a room for me and they did not charge me for the room. I respect the kindness for allowing me to cancel with no problem. Thank you.
