the parking was insufficient. too many guests and not enough spaces. had to park in the hospital parking.the breakfast options were sufficient but there were way too many people. the line up stretched from the buffet to the elevators. I gave up once and went back later.

Good location, cleanliness, and nice staff

Nothing much. It's pretty good.

I liked everything, especially the Amenities, the shampoo and conditioner really made my hair soft. The moisturizer lotion is also excellent. The Breakfast was so delicious.

Amazing rooms for the price. Shower had a 2nd rainfall shower in the ceiling and both showerheads could be used at once! Front desk service was phenomenal. We needed to Yamato our bags, and not only did they accept payment by card, they had a box and tape for us!! Very clean, housekeeping left new towels on the door every day. Comfortable bed and good a/c. If i was ever staying in Tochigi again, I'd pick this hotel every time.

The only downside is that due to the type of area, it's best to have a car. Station is an easy 10 min walk away, but trains don't come very often, so plan ahead. Closest konbini is about 7 min walk, next closest about 15, grocery store 20 min. Coco's is right next to the hotel and open until 2am, also a mos burger and a few other restaurants within 15 min. No problem for anyone used to walking instead of taking a car for short distances.

Comfortable, clean beds, sheets and towels. Free breakfast and amenities. Pretty good for the cost. Good view of the city from the hotel.

Car parking at the hotel isn't guaranteed. Though there's a big parking lot for visitors to the university hospital which can be used for free. But need to carry heavy luggage upto the hotel manually. If not for the luggage, then it's a short walk.Toilet size is small, and pillows can be hard.

I like the city view and the cost for 8 people was very cheap where the given value was really good quality.

Although I really liked the free breakfast but drinks were extremely cold and not drinkable almost.

Friendly staff, clean facility and our room was amazing! The staff help us get our room close together in the same floor. The experience for us was amazing!

The only thing is the breakfast line was too long maybe have two lines? But the food was delicious

Cleanliness, good location and cost effective

Nothing special

We asked for high floor quiet room and that is what we got. Good self parking. Close to restaurants and shops.

Breakfast was very poor so didn’t bother with it on our 2nd morning.

Good price for a night stay, everything was clean.

The hotel is getting a bit older, but nothing too bad. The breakfast was not that great.

Food was decent and has many options

Odour from the AC was not good. It felt like air comes from dirty AC

Big open place with cleanliness and nearby park and other spots for kids and family for outing. I recommend this hotel for family.

Brush, soaps were given at reception which usually should be inside room.Also car parking should be enough for such big hotel, we needed to use paid parking.

Location

Room was very small and there was not pleasant welcome or human inerac at the front desk.

Very big and convenient hotel to see around the area, Nikko and Utsunomiya. Breakfast included was good! We even could take a bento for lunch. Places around to eat.

I’m used to a more Western style breakfast but overall I’m in Japan and it’s good! Sometimes parking gets packed.

Breakfast was very good. Lots to choose from.

There wasn’t a lot to do unless u took a train to another city. Locally you need to rent a vehicle to get around or rent a bicycle. Not a lot of restaurants or tourists shops around.

Value for money. Comfortable stay. Clean rooms. Polite staff. Free car parking. Buffet breakfast.

Looks like the hotel was recently opened, everything still looked like brand new. Rooms were on the small side, no space to open a large suitcase. The beds were firm, but still managed to get a good night sleep.

Price was unbeatable.
