Pros +
- Location, designed and service.
- The environment
- The room is clean & the view is great. The atmosphere & ambience of the whole hotel is wonderful.
Cons -
- There is no small size dish in restaurant, my husband and I ordered the hotpot, it is too much and I feel guilty to waste the food.
- There is no air condition & even though we booked for non-smoking room, the bathroom & toilet have smoke ordor continuously. In addition, none of the staffs can speak English at all.
- Aircon set to 20c, heat. OAT was 2 c. No matter what. The room is at 23c. I end up opening the door to get the cold air in. Staff barely can speak English. Very hard to communicate if I don’t have Google translate. PS I use a thai SIM card.

Location, food, and comfort
More staff needs to be fully bilingual to provide a proper service. Work in progress…
Nice design n big
The service staff speak very little English and hence communication is an issue. A bit far from the scenic spot. Also staff needs to be briefed better on tourist attractions like the shows in the theatre
The view was good and staff was very helpful
The breakfast was decent
The ambience, cleanliness of the room and the breakfast spread are very good.
There should be a write up on how to turn up the lighhtings in the room (scene 1 or 2). The function of the white remote control that is on the round table was not known.
beautiful rooms. great breakfast. a plus is the m'eat restaurant inside of the hotel. all rooms are surrounded by the mountains. it is very close to the Jiuzhaigou Valley entrance. Parking was free.
the spa was closed during our stay. the restaurant was a little slow with our orders.
The staff -- just warm, helpful and couldn't be better!
Slightly inconvenient to take a buggy but the breakfast and warm welcome more than made up. Fast buggy cart response -- almost instantaneous.
Nice views
Room was very large & comfortable
The staff could be better trained to communicate better in English
Rooms
A bit too dark
Above all praise. Luxurious. Very delicious food. Cleaning on demand. But everything is very clean.
