The pool could have been better maintained and cleaned

I am very disappointed with Booking.com as well as Ramada. There was no support shown by both parties on my concerns and really unprofessional behavior from both parties never gone travel to the property and never going to use booking.com as we for any future booking.

Poorly trained staff.

The staff behaviour was very bad. I had to check out 2 hours after i checked in due to some emergency and the staff said that i could not leave till my room was checked. I have travelled to many cities and countries but this is the first time that i have been stopped for checking of my room. The staff training is very poor.

Breakfast was great and the restaurant food amazing

The room we had did not have a proper window and the noise from the vents was very loud and no hand towels

The way treat us, from senior reception is arrogant, no hospitality at allI lost some device in their hotel, I inform and no concern no action, totally nothingRoom 401 make party, you can imagine how come hotel room become discotique? Too much loudly music, when we complaining at 1 am they stop loudly music, but and then men and women start talking and loughing maybe more then 6 person in their room, noisy and annoying for people who want to take rest. Sorry to say but I think I am stay not in hotel but in.....you know....Not worth it for single penny to stay hereNever want to come back or recommend for other people

It was clean

The parking was in open and construction is going on in the hotel which led to the car getting dirty , moreover they did not have anybody to clean the car

Property is good, staff is very cooperative, but it required maintenance job to keep property in good condition. Chef, property manager Mr Ravindra and banquet manager Mr Somraj is very cooperative and active in delivering services

The staff was friendly and helpfull. The place was safe. I would come and stay at the ramada kapurthala my first choice of stay.

Good hotel in the middle of no where. That's a huge plus. Good breakfast with multiple options. Very helpful front desk.

My room was on the top floor and there was a constant buzzing/ ringing sound throughout. I couldn't sleep the first night at all - that's how disturbing the sound was. The 2nd night I was moved to another room opposite my room, with slightly lesser sound. They told me its the water tank/ pump and the can't do much about it. When I asked to change the room, they were quick to say they are sold out. When I said I don't mind paying extra (Which I shouldnt have to due to the reason) a room was made available in a min. NOT COOL. No Gluten free options at all.

The staff were very helpful, especially Rakia in Reception during the day, always with a smile, Manish during night was good we forgot our room cards alot always helped.And I like to mention the Bell boy didn't get his name, always there with smile and helped everyone around.

My room for the first two nights was unacceptable. The smell in the room was like petrol. It made it hard to be in there and difficult to breathe with such strong fumes. I presumed it was chemical cleaning products, but the following morning I saw two members of staff spraying bug spray/fumigation spray in the corridors. They were wearing masks and the air was so thick. Very dangerous for people to be breathing in and for the staff to be wearing masks it was a warning sign the air was not healthy. They did move me rooms after the second night but I was told "Yes Maam, be patient we will move you at midday" then it was 1pm, then 2pm etc. I didn't mind having to wait but the complete lies just got exhausting. In the end I had to move room at 1am in the morning after I got back from a wedding.

I had booked King Suit but at the time of checkin. I was alloted normal room then I had to specify that I had booked other room. Thereafter they gave me the room as per my booking
