We had the best stay here at Fortune Avenue ITC, Jalandhar. Our Manager Rohit Wilson and his staff were all very professional and helpful to our family. And the check in desk on the 2nd floor was always manned by at least 2 staff and a manager to ensure good service.Both of our rooms and bathrooms were cleaned daily and all facilities worked well. Rooms were cleaned to a good standard. Room service was very quick and efficient. Even after the bar had closed.We had breakfast everyday at The orchid restaurant located downstairs in the hotel, the staff were the best. They catered to our every need and It was nice to see the same friendly faces every day with good conversation.We also had dinner and drinks here on 2 days and the buffet food and menu food were both prepared a high standard. Compliments to all the chefs and kitchen staff.As an NRI from the UK, I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel. The hotel itself is very well maintained and always has security outside, the location was perfect for us. It was 10-15 minutes from model town and on a main road so made getting in and out of the city very easy.We would all like to thank the staff and everyone who we interacted with. You all did a great job, so much so, that we’ve cancelled our other hotel next week to come and stay with you again.Sorry if anything or anyone was missed in this review, we will write another review after our next stay with some photos and everyone’s names included.We were also presented with a nice cake as a farewell as a surprise after breakfast. I loved the hospitality of the phenomenal staff. They were extremely helpful and hospitable and accommodated all of our needs so swiftly. From providing us with an iron to bringing up extra towels and other items, no request was too big. The breakfast was out of this world and the variety was just perfect. From the karak cha stand to the freshly made aloo piranthas and lassi, service was always with a smile. There is no other place to stay in Jalandhar. The assistant manager, Mr. Manjeet Kumar deserves a special thanks due to his fantastic attention to detail, and it is clear that the staff are managed effectively and want to provide the best service possible too. Well done Fortune Avenue, and we look forward to visiting again soon.

If I had to say something, it would be great if there was a spa service.

Clean and spacious rooms. Food good, staff polite and very helpful. The Manager, Rohit Wilson and Food & Beverager Manger, Pushpendra Parmar were very helpful and looked after our stay and anything we requested. My wife was poorly, they helped her with special diet requirement . We will return again.

Reception and lounge should be on ground floor. More practical.

Okay hotel

Dated hotel and in our room at night we could hear the generator banging Have to go through a restaurant to get to the hotel The phone in the room is dusty with hair on it For 1500 rupees more you can stay in a newer hotel in Jalandhar

The staff were amazing, manager Rohit and Sheetal in the restaurant was truly outstanding her service and knowledge of the dishes nothing was to much for her.The hotel location was superb.Right in the heart of the city, The hotel room was very clean and comfortable The staff on the front desk were friendly and welcoming after a long flight.I recommend this hotel for everyone for couples and family We were a family of four With myself and husband and mother and two brothers.Definitely will go again.

Clean modern and amazing hospitality. Was a treat to stay at. Will be staying again . Great location too central and well connected. One of the best in Jalandhar. A special shout out to Juhi and Malkit who made my stay a pleasure. Thank you guys :)

No extra bed was provided for handicap adult.only thin matresses were put on floor.

The hotel staff was very friendly, very helpful and very polite. The rooms were very good. The breakfast was great. The staff at breakfast was so nice. Very friendly and very efficient. The food at dinner times was also very good. We had booked a tour to the Golden Temple and Pakistan Border through the hotel. It was wonderful. The auto was very comfortable and the driver was very nice and friendly. Great trip.

The only problem we had was at checkout. We had come down to checkout before breakfast. We told them we had our luggage in our room and had ordered a taxi the previous day as we were up early to catch a train. They told us no problem, for us to go ahead and have breakfast and all would be ready. After an hour, and after an hour after breakfast, our luggage was still not down, our taxi was not here, It was not pleasant. We kept telling them we had to catch the train and they kept saying "just one minute". After still no taxi, we went on the main road and caught a taxi to take us. Very stressful!! This ending was too bad considering everything else on our stay was nice.

Enjoy staying at this hotel . Customer seven excellent. Always friendly in restaurant. Room are lovely and clean .

There was a slight steam in my floor and also there was a lot of noise which kept me up late otherwise everything else was great.

The room was comfortable. The staff were guiding us for the entire trip to come to the facility. Food is good. The location is on the main road accessible to all areas.

There is no complimentary breakfast in the price. By default I was expecting that but to my surprise it was not there and had to pay the bill.

Nothing, the hotel experience with the price we paid wasn't good enough.

I didn't like the services of the hotel , they entered my room without my permission behind our backs when my garments were out in the open to dry. Didn't feel safe at all, the fitness center was small in terms of amenities provided and hotel room price it's not worth it
