Ramada Encore by Wyndham Jalandhar

The wide choice of breakfast was great. The staff was professional but warm, making me feel welcome. The room was great, comfortable bed, spacious enough, clean.

It was a great stay at Ramada Encore. good location and helping staff.

I believe the restaurant prices could be moderated or discounted offers be given so that people staying at Ramada need not visit outside for dining.

Stay was very pleasant and i would stay again. ?

Room service can be better. I ordered 2 cold coffees with ice cream only 1 arrived with the ice cream melted. Fridge sounded like a tractor ? so was unplugged. But staff do try which is always encouraging and were always polite for that thank you everybody ?

The attitude of one of the reception staff could be better One in particular he just stressed me out It was holiday season so the banks were closed so could not get any cash out He said to ask someone to give you the money so I could pay them for the room I wasn’t going anywhere I said to him I will pay him the minute the banks are open Then when i went to my room he rings me , to ask me if I arranged anything He stressed me and my husband out so much that we ended paying by our bank card, which I didn’t want to.That was our first week The second week was much better they gave us another room Which was the room we stayed before some two years ago.The hotel really needs some refurbishment

I recently stayed at this property for a couple of days after booking a King Room through Booking.com. Upon entering, I noticed an unusual smell that made me feel nauseous. I informed the front desk, and the staff was very accommodating, quickly arranging for another room. However, that room had a strong fragrance that was also overwhelming.The manager then kindly offered me a third room, which was slightly smaller, but he identified that the fragrance diffuser in the hallways was the cause of my discomfort. He ensured it was turned off for the duration of my stay, which I greatly appreciated.Overall, my stay was decent, but I did notice that the room could use some maintenance; there was mold in the bathroom corners and a lingering sewage smell, which I chose to overlook out of consideration for the staff, who were all incredibly kind and welcoming. The location of the property is great, and the buffet was fantastic. I want to extend my gratitude to the entire staff for their efforts.

Great place to stay, value for money. The rooms are comfortable and the staff very helpful. Great location also, very central.

Staff were brilliant very helpful shout-out to the kind gentleman who tied my turban.

Breakfast was good. Hospitality was excellent. Location was ok but you couldn't walk nearby as very busy road. We caught taxis.

The breakfast was amazing & we ate at the hotel restaurant in the evenings as well, food was very good & staff very accommodating.

The rooms were not of the standard I expected., in particular the bathroom. The towels were of poor quality & turned grey in colour. The shower cubicle wasn’t very nice, but shower was pwerful.

Beds were fine; air conditioner worked; rooms were clean; Front desk staff (females only) were attentive and had the patience to listen and then give an answer. they guy (manager) in the night was super grumpy. Service staff was nice. American breakfast was goood!

Size of the room and poor lighting. Switches are pathetic and most don't work. Like why have the fancy ones that don't work. Keep it simple. Noisy room, should have better sound proofing. Lift/ elevator are tiny. Bathrooms are poorly designed and not up to the mark. Poor (horrible) lighting; there must be one light pointing at the face, washbasin is way too low and poorly designed. All looks like a cheap non thought through design.We should have an option to take our bags and stuff to the room/car; if I say no then it means NO! Why do you have to over do things?Valley Parking People: Why do you have to start my car at 1am?
