Air conditioning is too old, weird smell in all rooms.

Really great house keeping, honestly the best service from that one guy out of all the staff!! The only one smiling and saying good morning on a daily basis besides the women in the restaurant.

Staff not smiling and greeting. Service is extremely slow, we typically waited 45 minutes on anything from a simpel chai to a bucket of ice (one which never arrived!). The hotel manager tried to scam us upon checking out, he wanted to charge us more for the amount of nights we’d been staying at the hotel. However I showed him proof that it was already taken from our bank account and it was booked through the booking.com platform, so he couldn’t charge us more! He still insisted we didn’t pay, and I had to get firm with him, as he also made us 35 minutes late for the airport!! He then agreed that we had already payed, as if it was ever an option that we didn’t! We were in utter chock as we don’t expect this from any 5 star hotel (al though it did not provide five star service!!) and especially not from a booking.com partner! I can’t believe that he actually though we were just gonna believe him and pay for more nights cash at check out!! What a scam!!

This is a good old school 5 star hotel, which it does so well. The grand entry with all its marble, gold and antique style furniture, reminiscent of a Maharaja’s palace, I loved.The room, although again some might say a bit dated, was superbly comfortable. Loved the leather wing chair. So much more personality than other hotels.Restaurant was good, good service, and very good food.

The hotel itself is perfect and lives up to its brand name, the staff were excellent and went out of there way to help. the reception area is well maintained and all services worked within the room and hotel areas.

If I had to put a negative then that would be location as you need transportation to get to all areas.

I decided to stay here because it was recommended. The hotel staff were really nice, especially at breakfast. However, this hotel brand shouldn't have disappointed me, but it did. I requested twin beds which they accomodated.. I was upgraded from my executive room (thank you). I found the room to be dark and outdated, wallpaper was faded, and the rug was never vacumed. I even dropped a tooth pick to test the cleaning, and no, it was there my whole stay. I absolutely hated the bathtub and shower curtain and the unhygienic plastic mat in the tub that looked like it hadn't been cleaned. I kept on removing it, but it kept on appearing. Like I said, people were lovely, but the rooms standards were dark and outdated and for a so called 4 star hotel.... why the shower curtain... serious upgrade needed for the price I paid. The coffee and the driver who picked us up from the railway station - he was sleeping in the car while we were looking for him upon our arrival.

The breakfast was good selection.

Gym needed updating and more room.

There was nothing to like about this property apart from the location.

The staff were not attentive. I had take the luggage from the car before three porters standing at the main door rushed to the car.The room was stuffy and smelt due to lack of airing. The shower did not work properly because of limescale build up.The restaurant staff are not attentive and only serve businessmen. In fact the hotel is very male orientated. Even the spa timings are geared to serve the male customers with women only allowed to use the spa faculties between 11am and 3.30pm whilst men can use between 6.30am to 11 and again in the evening from 4pm to 10pm.

Facilities, Food and People were really good and our stay was pleasant.

There was a misunderstanding of the checkout time. This should of been highlighted and discussed earlier if the hotel were unclear of our intentions. Instead, we were TOLD to including our 86year old mother to vacate the rooms with no real offer of an extended stay. The situation was resolved but only after a few words exchanged.

Raddison has always been my first choice in Jalandhar. The place makes you feel safe and welcome.

The rooms are a bit tired and the pool area was not accessible due to renovations.

Customer service not upto par for Radison. Hotel need freshening up TLC. Pool was closed. Steam room has water running around on floor. Gym got too much old worn out equipment.

I have stayed at this hotel several times on business trips.As the days are often long, you look forward to a beer in the bar in the evening.Various restaurants provide delicious food.

The furnishings are a bit dated.But at the same time it has its own charm.
