The room allotted to me has seepage issues Dustbin in the bathroom was broken The television remote cover was broken The bathroom glass facing towards the bedroom had stains There was iron placed in the room, requested for one which came after reminders and that also didn’t work and was brokenNo Hair Dryer in the room No bathroom slippers On double occupancy one one tea cup was placed on the room Ordered for tea during breakfast which took ages to come and even after reminders no one came back to inform how much time will it take. Breakfast spread it very basic Very bad experience - Front office mentioned that don’t have change and finally managed to arrange with 10Rupees less. Being a hotelier for 18 years this is worse service to experience. Not at all value for money. Will not recommend

Comfy beds lovely rooms we were upgraded. Very nice staff.

Unclean poor hygiene like most of Indian hotels, but once they were told how to do it it was perfect. Breakfast was awful they really need to change the omelette lady she is too slow can't do fried eggs sunny side up and too much salt in omelette., a different variety daily would be nice the cakes and breads were awful, and 1 choice of juice same daily watermelon not nice.

The reception was so nice to us and the staff was so nice and the food we had was so nice and the room was clean wan nice too I like everything there I would say I be come there next to stay everything was good housekeeping was good wash clothes and iron they so happy with the staff and when we want breakfast we phone them they bring to your room such good staff

Spacious and quiet hotel with clean rooms. The breakfast was good, offering mostly Indian dishes along with some continental options. The 24/7 restaurant and room service provided a variety of delicious food, including Indian, Asian, and continental choices. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Restaurant wait times were longer than expected.

This hotel is excellent and the staff extremely helpful. I would like to personally mention the Reservations Manager Enakshmi Shaw who went above and beyond to help us during our stay. We attended a wedding in the hotel that was also managed extremely well. Highly recommended .

No facilities in the room, the room and the real room they gave was very basis and very different to the pics shown on booking.com

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!! We stayed for a little over a week on checking in they acted as though they were doing me a favour and upgrading me to a suite when really I got the upgrade as part of my booking rewards …the first complaint we made was in the first few days as there was a function and the noise levels were that loud we could hearing everything from the lobby in our room, reception told us they would sort the noise out, this didn’t happen and I left it at that even though it carried on till 2am with a man screaming. The second complaint I made was on a separate occasion where kids where all in the lobby with their parents…all out of control beyond belief again I was told “sir we will sort the problem out” and again this carried on for a further 1 hour and finally settled at midnight or just after. The kids were outside our room knocking on doors and running off and then we had kids ringing our room via phone and hanging up.The day before checking out I wanted to settle the bill as we were up early so we went to reception bearing in mind we had two bad nights already only to find they were billing us for food we hadn’t even ordered and this process took almost an hour but there was no apologies.The final straw was on our last night when yet again there was a baby shower in lobby and then a party in the hotel for us to be woke up at 11pm to be told “sir please give us 5 minutes and we will have the music turned down”…this carried on a further 2 hours even whilst me and my wife were stood in the lobby. When I asked to speak to the manager 3 times I had no idea he was happy to stand there listening to the complaint and after 5 minutes of being stood in spitting distance. Beyond my amazement we got a call from reception at midnight to say we could have a room on the top floor where we would not hear anything to which I was discusted and made management aware I wanted a refund for 3 nights.

originally I got the room bathroom wasn’t great than I got switched to different room .

The location is close to the NH. Added advantage is that a petrol pump is just adjacent to the hotel. The hotel is spacious as are the rooms and built in a British style. It has a nicely laid out lobby and the FO staff was friendly and forth coming. The bell boys were a little lethargic and it took me to remind them to send my luggage up. The rooms are large and well laid out. The bathroom was clean and had all required facilities. The restaurant is comfortable and faces the lobby. The staff was efficient and warm. I had dinner and breakfast both of them were tasty and served well. The spa is under repair which was not put up on the web site.

I was upgraded to a better roomThe staff was very cooperative the hotel atmosphere was very serene Menu: the dal-rice combo was a great option for a solo traveller... the fact that there were combo meals available was a good thing

Awesome stay at best western plus jalandhar. Rooms are excellent. Staff is really nice. Usha at reception helped me in providing early check-in and she carries positive smile. Overall good hotel with nice amenities. Will surely book my stay here again.

Parking but owner's risk.car was punctured night, driver drove back to me in morning and handover the key. now puncture is our responsitiolty. what a service ??/

Overall I found the hotel pleasant, the staff were welcoming and responded to any needs or adjustment requests. Also they kindly upgraded me. I found the room spacious, and clean. The bathroom was clean, and bathtub was a bonus. Food in the evening was good, thai curry was tasty. Restaurant staff were pleasant. I used the gym facilities, it was good overall. The gym attendant was helpful, ensure I felt comfortable with correct level of a/c, towels, and jacuzzi. Protein shake was good, if you stay more than few days the restaurant staff memories your favourite and how you like the coffee. I appreciated the attention to detail. I found this hotel met expectations and I did expected some aspects to be tired so I didn't compare it to any four or five star hotels. Do expect things not to perfect, otherwise good value.

It was unfortunate the restaurant had a small cockroach, it is a sign of hygiene issue. The breakfast could be better in quality, and bakery is not fresh. I had suggested they place more healthier options on the menu. Serving cakes selection is the morning isn't good for health, however I notice it is processed based food on offer. I had ordered chocolate brownie for dessert in the evening but asked for fruits instead of ice-cream and I was refused this request, it seem inflexible on restaurant staff behalf, and I can't believe they 'have no fruit' in a hotel. I found chef spent much time talking to customers, but he needs to focus on executing on the food quality. Not having a master key for my room for few days is a nuisance, and other reviewers on Booking.com say the same. Fridge in the room didn't work, WiFi in the room is weak. Bar is very cold and uninviting. Oriental restaurant only hosts parties not oriental food. Given location of the hotel it is very limited for guests without vehicle, so they could improve on onsite facilities and place to hang out. Gym changing rooms is poor, sauna and steam room didn't work for four days, and looks bad.
