The Maya Hotel

The reception area and the food area was good.

Near the pool area there was a smell of sewage. When we came back later that evening, this smell was on the level 5 and in the room. I paid for the trip to the terminal, the girl copied the numbers of my credit card into the system--this is not right.

Everything was good but i saw insects crawling around the food tray put out for breakfast. There appeared to be cockroaches coming from underneath the counter through a gap

wonderful staff. Greeted with respect. swift response to any queries. what i most liked was greeted with Sat Sri Akaal at all times.

Location is perfect for us. Lovely food and staff friendly and helpful. Good quality food.

It needs a little deep cleaning and a few bits upgrading. For health and safety needs, some grab handles in the bathroom for older people.

The breakfast staff need to be more attentive and pay attention to what we ask for. They don't seem to understand requests so more training is needed

The buffet system was very confusing.You should put a signed board that breakfast is by order and served, but then a menu should be on each table.If you saying buffet breakfast then you keep everything filled up for guests to serve by themselves. Bean pan was empty, no Hot poori was in the basket only one very hard poori was there, Uttpam also had only one piece was there in the Basket. We told the waiter to get it filled, but no one filled it.Finally, we came to know that the Guest has to order the meal from the waiter. That was very frustrating, as the Guest cannot order a waiter for so many things on the table.

Your buffet system was out of our understanding and was very confusing, that was a mesh... Nothing was available on the Buffet tables, because you had an order and serve system which was very confusing for Guests. NOTE: if you serve the meals by order and then DO NOT call them Buffet meals. and Put a VERY BIG signBOARD that breakfast is served on the Tables on Order by the guests and Keep a menu on each table for Guests to read and order.We found only ONE very hard and cold POORi in the basket and try to eat it but could not. We wait for 10 minutes and again went to check in that basket for POORiES, it was still empty and never filled up. Same with Beans, we wanted to eat Beans, but the pan on the Buffet table was empty and told the waiter to fill it, he said OK, never fill it up during the full time of breakfast. Buffet means you must keep all meals, curries, dishes, juices, tea, bread, and so on... all available in the pans, baskets, and on the Buffet table so that Guests could serve by themselves. You waters should just keep an eye to fill up what is required in the baskets or pans on the buffet table.The waiters should move around JUST to serve WATER, COLD DRINK, or JUICE to Guests' tables

The staff where so lovely. The manager was so nice and to 2 girls at received where so sweet and delivered all my needs . Me my family and my daddy came here twice now. I will recommend this place. Its close to England cleaness!!:)
