During breakfast on 13.12.2021 found a dead cockroach in the saute vegetables, this was immediately informed to the catering staff present there at the time.

This place is an average. We had suite the washroom floor had dirt. The gym is underwhelming and so was breakfast . It ok if you are not looking for luxury hotel

we were given 5th floor room, the hallway was so humid because they never turned on the AC of the hallway. Our room AC didn't do proper cooling. The AC unit was leaking from the ceiling, the water dripped on to our luggage. After the 2nd day we complained about the AC, the staff knew about the on-going issues with this ac unit, they "fixed" it but the cooling was still the same. On the 3rd day, we were offered another room on 3rd floor, which had AC running in the hallway as well. Not sure why they gave us a faulty room if the staff knew about it. Our child got sick due to hot weather. We were reminded many times by friends that the other Best Western across the street could have been better choice.

I love there tea so fresh and location at it best point of town.

Gym could use more equipments.

The bathrooms dimly lit not good if you want to shave. Hair dryer nearly falling offToo noisy at night due to daily parties and weddings. Lifts are full and usually unavailable during party time as they are used by party guests. Stairs cannot be used as floors locked. Too much preference to party people and not hotel guests

I was happy with the Hotel and they know about a few food incidents which they rectified and were apologetic about to my satisfaction

Fabulous hotel...they have maintained and done some upkeep since the last time I was here so rooms are even neater. Very upscale. Front desk was also very obliging about tracking my road trip journey from Chandigarh for safety, since it was a late night arrival. Breakfast buffet and service is good and very attentive. Very comfortable stay in Jalandhar. Keep up the good work. Very good for business travellers too

I was good overall

AC was on downside and didn’t cool instant. It should be up right on bed not down

The property is located in a very calm area with no hustle and bustle. The male staff there were extremely friendly. They helped us understand the place and made commuting arrangements easy. I was there to drop my son off at his hostel and we were sad while returning. The empathy the staff showed is what made us feel homely in a new place. Thank you team for that gesture.I will always remember the amazing 'Masala Chai' they served us in the evening before we left and the way they left us alone in the restaurant with our food- giving us a lot of space before we could go out to take our bus from there to Delhi.Sorry team, I was in my own world, disturbed and sad, so could not know you all by your names. Will do it the next time I am there to meet my son.Thank you all for your hospitality. People like you can make a lot of difference even without knowing the guests personally.

Only thing that I did not like there was a grumpy female serving omelets for breakfast, who with her tone and stare made me extremely uneasy, which I ignored as there was another sweet and charming young girl who was doing all that she could to help the guests have a good breakfast.

On the most part the staff were nice and respectful.

facilities listed on the web site were not provided and I had to argue with a staff member to bring a guest into my room. The staff member wanted 1000 rupees off me just for taking them into my room.

The staff was really helpful. They happily accepted our request for late night dinner as we were gonna be out for work. Extremely polite staff. would highly recommend this place.
