Not satisfied compare to other hotels in the area

Floor was dirty in the rooms and it has a sticky dust which needs deep cleaning to remove it.The bed bugs and mosquitoes in our first room was a disaster. They sent someone to spray our room but still bed bugs remains.

Locationthe location was good. Staff were very friendly .

Toiletries could do with updating.Toilet paper could be softer.Rooms were fine but dated, to had controls on volume, annoying when watching movies.

At Hotel direct room charges are 4000 included Gst and breakfast. But booking. Com charged me more. That's not fare. I always booked through Booking. Com. I felt bad.thanks

Great, great, and great. Staff are amazing, and the hotel is clean, I've decided if I stay in that location, I'll need not look elsewhere for my hotel, regardless of price. This is one hotel that has lived up to my expectation.

Couldn't complain. Staff go above and beyond their wall of duty.

Great Hospitality. Front Office staff was very hospitable, Rooms very Comfy and food quality and quantity was very good. All in all a very comfortable stay.

Almost nothing. Every thing largely was upto the mark.

Very friendly staff. Rooms were very good size. Very clean. Breakfast was very tasty. Lots of options. We travelled as part of a large group and the hotel accommodated us all perfectly. Thank you for making our stay so nice. Will be visiting again in December.

The interior design , the property looked lovely

There was a strong smell in the hotel, also for the 3 room booked we had to keep asking for extra towels really the room should have been ready or made up for a 3 person share

The airconditioners were not working . After repeated requests in the middle of the night also , nothing was done .

The air conditioning did not work so they moved us but still wasn’t great

Staff behaviour

Very modern and located very close to all major amenities. The staff from doorstep to bar, kitchen etc were all of exemplary behaviour

Quality of toilet paper

Rooms were clean and the room size was adequate and the bed was comfortable ..

The shower did not work in the morning and I had to wash myself with drips of water from the faucet. I informed the front desk and housekeeping but by the time they fixed it, it was already noon ...

The staff were friendly, polite and helpful. There was lot of choice in the breakfast buffet menu and staff were very attentive.

The location was a little bit away from the central town area.

The location of the property was good

There were flies in the rooms which wasn’t expected of such a brand. Also, the guests were charged straight even before confirming once with the one who booked.

Food was delicious perfectly authentic flavour
