It had no non-smoking room. Smoking smell was all over the hotel.

Very clean, food was really nice and fresh. Would highly recommend to anyone. The beds were very comfortable and the staff were excellent

It was clean and the staff were friendly. There was always someone available in the event of questions or enquiries. Housekeeping contacted you everyday to enquire if you needed the room cleaned.

WIFI was very hit and miss with regular occurrences where there was no WIFI in the room. I was not happy with the restaurant in that there were at least 2 waiting staff with coughs and they continuously coughed all over cutlery serving areas and food. Avoid the restaurant who knows what it is like in the kitchen if this is front of house staff.

The property exceeded my expectations in every way. The food was truly exceptional, showcasing a delightful range of flavors and presentations that made each meal a memorable experience. Additionally, the staff were incredibly courteous and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The location was also ideal, situated in a central area that made it convenient to explore nearby attractions and enjoy the local ambiance. Overall, it was an outstanding experience!

I have a deep appreciation for my morning coffee, and the restraint coffee was not great, while the room sachet coffee, turned out to be a delightful choice for my morning cuppa. The staff were incredibly accommodating, allowing me to use the sachet coffee whenever I pleased. Aside from that, everything else exceeded my expectations. This place truly felt like a hidden gem in Jalundar.

All good that’s why I rebooked for extended stay, perfect location.

On last day the heating for room turned on and no option to cool down the room, did not get good sleep on last night.

Everything facilities staff clean excellent

Quite a few nights the bar was hosting private parties which is not good S regular guest could not go in?There were plenty of other rooms for privates parties so the bar and restaurant should be available for hotel guest every night

The property is very clean,very good services and staff are very polite.Request are fulfilled quickly. Good varieties of choices between Asian and European food.Food is very tasty.

The asthetics of the hotel is quite impressive. . There is a different kind of vibe in the hotel, You'll not feel like staying in a regular hotel which is a best part of it

Rooms are not sound proof so you can hear outside ambience pretty clear. . Room architecture is also basic. .

Great value for the money. The hotel had a fantastic service. The dining area was overall good too. The personell was very accomodating. The rooms are clean, modern and feel very new. Being built not that long ago the hotel has good windows to block out the noise from Jalandhar Model Town. Helps to relax and sleep at night.

Everything was perfect

Hotel was very neat and clean and well maintained. Rooms linen was clean along with the washroom . Staff was courteous and helpful.

Room size was good once we got to change our rooms.some of the housekeeping staff is helpful.room housekeeping really needs to be pulled up.

Its like the staff has forgotten hospitality and how to smile :(poor beakfast spread, extremely slow service and just no ownership.There was a half open bottle in the room on check in. kettle had burnt smell.dishes keep lying in the room corridorsin the toilet, there were stray hair!

Its a beautifull hotel, well manged and common lobby area on each floor are fantastic with sofa table .....Big rooms with big bathroom ,,,Valet parking

The property was clean, that’s only thing that we liked about the property.

Mostly everything, at this price range we get much better stay and services. Their rooms didn’t have tissue boxes and the YELLOW, everything is so damn yellow it got me nauseated, We don’t think we like the color yellow anymore. The stay was bearable but you are looking for more than bearable when you’re paying a premium. The morning buffet put simply is scarce in terms of things that are available. Just don’t.
