Pathetic experience. No water, insects in room. The staff is way too rude and senior citizens were not treated well.No elevators and even on special request asked for room on ground floor before checking in, they said it's not available.Also the whole amount was charged during check in. Usually, it is asked during check out by majority of the hotels.

Breakfast and dinner were included in booking. But hotel personnel denied to provide as we booked through booking.com
