Best Western Kapurthala

We went to play golf tournament and the location was perfect. Also it was clean and the staff was super helpful. Had a great stay.

It was comfortable. The staff helped with the Wi-Fi when there was any issue. I had forgotten some items in my room. The staff were kind enough to keep it in a safe location and return it to me a week later when I returned to pick it up.

All of Indian cities are very filthy. There’s no public sanitation. There is garbage on the streets everywhere. That cannot be blamed on the property. The property itself was neat.

Location was good and the staff was brilliant

There were a few parties which tended to be a bit noisy. Having said that after about 11/11.30 pm it was fine

It was only they want make money and the gus stansing front of the door with the black uniform they always need tips if you don't give them if not the door man is not there they don't want to open the door. In the hotel I have spent 2.7 lacks but but the day i left i drank 2 Coca-Cola boxes they changed me 197rupies after paying so much money they would have given as complimentary money is not a problem for me if they would know how much they respect the good customer sorry to say this I'm a hotelier too I will never ever do so because good customers I want them back and make money anyway I wish them good luck

Overall comfort and cleanliness.

No decent coffee included in the breakfast - for a cappuccino 200 INR were charged; slow service in het restaurant. Payment with European creditcard was difficult (refused from time to time).

all fine. one tourist tip..... don't bother going to shalimar gardens.... it's now a unkempt rubbish strewn ruin

Bit noisy every night with various wedding and other parties going on to early hours of the morning

Staff at the property were attentive and had good etiquette. The rooms was clean with modern decor.

The only disappointment was at the end of our stay. Although I had changed the dates of our stay and opted early check out, the property wasn’t informed of this. And this delayed our departure from the property.

So I was on a short 6 day trip to attend a wedding in family, I booked this hotel which was in a closes proximity to my relatives.I was very pleased to see the professionalism in service overall, especially the hotel manager name Mr. Rahul who went extra steps to make some special accommodations for me making my stay comfortable and pleasant at the hotel.I Would definitely love to stay at this hotel again and highly recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay !

Everything was great

The breakfast was good but a better spread would have done wonders. The food was tasty overall and reasonably priced

The cleanliness of the property

The staff looked lost, no pleasantries exchanged, AC was very cold or very hot, Food service was delayed and limited options in Breakfast Buffet. Housekeeping wasn't courteous nor aware of the the fact regarding basic toiletires to be provided in the washroom.

Cleaning wasn’t being done properly after two days of our stay, they left dirty towels and did not refill any bathroom soaps or hand tissues, coffee mugs were dirty and kettle was not being cleaned daily as it should be, always had issue with hot water for showering, also many issues with blockages in sink and shower.

The cleanliness was something thay i liked the mostSecond thing was the locationThird was the ovwrall ambience.

The reception staff girl either uneducated or unexperienced.She denied me breakfast and dragged me from the restriction to the reception and even when it was written on the booking confirmation, she denied me the breakfast. Which the other reception staff agreed and I was allowed. This gave me a feeling of disgust.The caley staff is always interested in tin tips and shall hold on to you like signal beggers.The breakfast menu was very limited and the restaurant staff doesn't look to be professionals but just like local underpaid high school passed trainees.

Room was very spacious with all nice amenities, Restaurant food was incredibly tasty! Staff were generous and helpful. Nice clean hotel, I will definitely stay again and close to the shops.

There are many weddings and parties at this hotel so my recommendation would be to place some guests away from the party hall or higher up in the hotel. My sleep was disturbed one night because of the loud banging from the wedding.

Overall everything liked,,speacially Waterfall and Trees!!

Liked all things of hotel and the view from the roomalso good but one thing was not good (left side) infront of gas station-garbage pile view from room was not good!!
