Had a conformation booking, but when I turn up , late at night , gates were closed . Not a hotel , made a phone call , then was told , there was no booking and we didn’t have any rooms available. Left me stranded at 1am to find another place

Looks nothing like pictures, Not cleaned at all.

Interiors were old and damaged.Many house flies in the AC room, no way for staff to get the room cleared of the flies.Room not cleaned properly. No tray for glass and cups. Breakfast was bad, no choice at all.

nothing, false ratings made me book this hotel

had to change room twice , still bad, noth even worth 1000rs per day. price is higher in booking.com around 1900 per day, whereas in treebo its just 1500 per day. room got doesn't have working power sockets, so shifted to another room, once the fresher in room goes off, it's very smelly with coachroaches, toilet door doesn't close, toilet seat cover broken, no hand wash, all for 4000 rs for 2 days. have to sleep in smelly room for 2 days.

Rooms & service

The phone no. Mentioned in booking slip is not correct. Hotel staff denies that is not hotel no.

Room was neat and they even provided toilet paper and basic amenities. Food was good although expensive the quality was good. Biryani was double the price of how much it should be. Rs 600 for one chicken biryani with 3 small pieces of chicken. They did provided iron on request. Their tea was really good. Breakfast options are limited but good parathas. Restaurant staff were accommodative and even made puri for us on one occasion for a change from the normal breakfast.

Lot of flys and mosquitos in the hotel and the room and even on the food, very annoying and irritating. Pest control needs to be done. Staff was cold and loud and also untrained. They need some good training and one lady staff yells a lot who does morning shift in the reception also seemed very self righteous and arrogant. Other staff is okay. A male reception staff caused a lot of confusion and chaos. After receiving full payment for the room without even checking, said the payment had not come through although it had. Another staff managed this situation after a lot of chaos and tension by simply taking out the printout as a proof. Except for *one managerial staff all need training and etiquettes in handling guests.* They have right to lie and be careless about such important issue regarding accounts and payments. Night reception staff was better. Also they din't give extra bed as promised, they gave a MATTRESS ON THE FLOOR WITHOUT A COT AND EXPECTED ONE OF US TO SLEEP ON IT. THAT WAS DODGY AS IT WASN'T PUBLISHED THAT THEY WILL GIVE NOT EXTRA BED BUT ONLY A MATTRESS. VERY UNETHICAL!!!

Accomodation is good. All facilities are good. Complimentary breakfast was very good, The staff is polite.

when booking late checkout was accepted: We are pleased to let you know that the accommodation has confirmed they will be able to arrange this for you. There will be no extra charge for this request. but after check-in we were asked to check out at 12 noon and were given only 1 hour grace period.

Overall good stay good service good staff and neat and clean accommodation. Good food quality

Service is Excellent and Staff is Very Humble and Cooperative. Breakfast was Good. The Hotel served me better than my expectations. My Special Compliments for Cleanliness.

The rooms size is very good

The furniture is very old. The kitchen for veg and non veg restaurants is common which is not good for vegetarian people. The serving of breakfast was also limited and was not in buffet.

Excellent proparty,and very convenient to usc activities frond desk staff is extremely efficient pleasant and helpful proparty is clean and has a fantastic old time charm

The room was hygienic and the food was superb and the sarvice was satisfactory worth sytaing

Nothing special, good surface apperance..

Even before we got there I kept getting messages from them saying they where running out of rooms, But when we got there the place was pretty empty.Bed sheets seem to be dirty and stained and unwashedThe toilet was not cleaned. I think it has not been cleaned for a long time.Water closet was in pathetic stateThere was bits of hair on the floor.Mould and black marks everywhere in the shower.Paints and damaged tiles not seems to be fixed.Felt damp in the toilet and inside the room room.We struggled to adjust there , So we asked them swap out the bedsheets, but they gave us another set of stained ones.They had to change our rooms, and clean them while we went to get food just so it was usable.Overall we had high expectations, but their very very low now.

First day, the breakfast was restricted to only one portion of either eggs/sandwich or paranthas. However, from the 2nd day onwards, the hotel ensure that it was an unlimited buffet for the entire duration of our stay. The staff is well trained, courteous and ready to help

breakfast was no frills basic menu. Only 2 items but quality was good.

everything was just so so. some weird smell in washroom due to exhaust. instead of pushing out air it was pulling in bad air.

The breast was delicious. The food was great thanks alot to the chef.Thanks

No hot water was available for early morning shower did not know that if we have to request on prior or have to ask from the staff.

Awesome stay.All over staff is very helpful & supportive.I recommend it to all to visit red patel.The housekeeping manager Mrs.Priya is a very supportive & energetic lady.

Price.. because I am traveling officially & my entitlement is 900 ₹per day.
