The staffs of the hotel were not responsive and so slow! Almost 1 hour for me waiting the plates and bowels!!! Also almost 1 hour to get new towels!! Disappointed service!

Breakfast was best

Their bed and beddsheets are too old. Hope they change the new one. We got the teared bedsheet sadly. And just for information, this room hotel don't use carpet on the floor. First time experiencing hotel without carpet.

For 4 days breakfast , I think GRJ give us different and variety taste of food. I loves eating nasi gudeg and also traditional food thiwul.The location is good. The staff were incredibly welcoming and when above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Amazing stay for me and my family. Tq very much.

The hygiene aspect is above my expectations.. food spread was delicious. We would return for another trip on Jogjakarta n stay in Grand Rohan

It was hard to communicate with staff sometimes - not everyone speaks English which is a bummer for a hotel. It was not clear what the meals are made of (especially those in the traditional section). The food in some sections seemed stale.The rooms need more surfaces to put stuff on! Under the TV there is a lot of underutilised space - you can easily squeeze a table there.

I love the ambience of the hotel. Everything was neat and clean. The collection of the antiques were awesome. The breakfast were great and varied. But because at the time we’re visiting was new year’s holiday so the breakfast area was quite full and the foods were finished in a short time.

Since we booked 2 rooms, actually we have different kind of reviews. The pavilion room which is located in front of the swimming pool was not really satisfying. The tiny kitchenette was a bit out of place and the chairs in front of the room sometimes was used by the pools visitors.

The hotel is clean and well maintained. The breakfast is superb

The amenities are so low quality for 4 star hotel. You should change your vendor.

Clean but to much smell of detergents in a main lobby, no good bread for breakfast, door alarm if not closed - need always to react/check if closed.

- Bed is okay, curtains are opaque, room was large, nice view and balcony- Staff was very friendly and helpful - The hotel is good if you follow the sharia law, otherwise best to avoid.

- lack of respect for sleep and rest, speakers on the corridor are turned at max (you can hear peaking noise) to hear the prayers at 4:00 and 5:00 AM- on booking the hotel reports to have soundproofing, but there is no such thing, noise can be heard from the neighbors, from the outside, and from the speakers - the hotel hosted an event that started Sunday at 6:00 AM and there was constant noise in the morning- no hot water at the sink or the thing at the shower to wash your lower parts; warm water flows only from the shower above- found a cockroach on breakfast bread

Nothing to complaint

Everything was nice, comfortable hotel, great stafs, delicious foods and close to city center.

İ wish they will add variety menu of food for foreigner for indonesian traditional menu we have no complain at all.

It’s location is excellent, being on the main road and prominently visible. The staff is courtesy personified and go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. The hotel has a luxurious look and feel about it, despite the modest room rates.

Nothing to say, except to suggest that the bathroom have a shower curtain to avoid it becoming wet.
