Malioboro Prime Hotel

Good location. Close to Malioboro Street and train station to International Airport.Staff were friendly and approachable.Breakfast was pretty good.

Hair dryer wasn’t provided in the room.

The room is small and its adjustment is really bad. It's not a three-star hotel; it must be a one-star or maximally two-star hotel. The towels they provided were dirty and smelly.The toilets are also inconvenient. The wifi is very weak, so I used thethering from my phone.

I was booking this included the breakfast,but our family should pay 75 each person...Is not good,very expensive, property should not accept the money.

I had a wonderful stay at Malioboro Prime Hotel!-The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable.-The breakfast was delicious, especially the "Gorengan" – definitely a must-try!-Room service was excellent – I ordered nasi ayam bakar, and it was absolutely tasty.-The receptionists were professional and helpful. -My room was spotless and cleaned daily, which I really appreciated.-The hotel’s location is perfect, just a short walk to jalan Malioboro.-Transportation is super convenient, with easy access to vehicles right in front of the hotel.Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area. Would definitely stay here again!

The only downside was during check-in – there was only one staff member at the counter, so the waiting time was a bit long..

It was worth the money. Location is great.

The bedding is not clean/fresh, felt old and used. The toilet and the shower is not clean, really need deep cleaning. Need more lighting in the room.

The room lacks proper ventilation, and there is an unpleasant odor. The toilet and shower area are not clean. Additionally, the towels were taken on my second day, and I had to request new ones.

This is my second time staying in this hotel. The best part about the hotel is that it's within walking distance to the train station, and I appreciate the extensive choice of TV channels. The breakfast was okay, not impressive, but also not disappointing. The best.

what I don't like about the hotel is the floor is dark, making the room feels smaller.

Located opposite train station very close to Malioboro street so location was great. Staff were friendly and efficient. Fairly good value.

No refrigerator in our room and none available for the level of room ( superior king room ) we booked so no cool drinks. We should have read the room facilities closer but have never stayed in accomodation before without at least a tiny refrigerator.Room safe was at floor level so might be hard to access for some. Walk in shower which flooded the bathroom floor a bit and only half basin with no shelving so no space for toiletries.We were on 9th floor looking down on a yard full of chickens so roosters started about 4:30am, minimal noise from trains but this didn’t bother us that much. We wore earplugs after first night.Breakfast was average and if you came late a lot of the food was gone.

1. I have arrived after 3PM and still need to wait for the room to be ready. However, the room is ready for a couple and a family group that check in after me for the same type of room. They should hand a sign "Foreign guests are given priority service".2. Throughout my stay, I ordered an egg with my breakfast daily but only received it on the last day. To my surprise, it arrived only after I had finished my meal and after guests who ordered after me were served. Only blondies or person act like official staff will get priority.3. The Wi-Fi signal is very weak at the west wing of the hotel. The internet is very slow.4. The housekeeping staff's dustbin was extremely noisy, and the sound was disruptive while they cleaned rooms and the hallwayThe room design to be somewhat impractical. Upon entering the room, guests are greeted by two separate doors—one leading to a tiny shower room and the other to a toilet. There is no rubber sealed on the window; even tough the hotel nearby the train station and traffic area.

Because it’s near the train station and Marlioboro, it can get noisy at times.

The location was perfect just across Yogyakarta train station and few steps away from Malioboro st.

The towels were always smelly. The garage, plces around the hotel smelt like toilet.

Location is good looks good from the outside and front desk staff friendly.

Towels stank like really stank, pillows smelt like dirty hair and room was not clean. Shop around as I would not recommend the hotel unfortunately.

Location near the Malioboro street and train station. Staff is nice.

Check-in took time, felt like they had problems to find my booking. Finally they found it. In the room’s shower the soap dispenser came off from the wall and fell down to floor when I pressed it. Also the water from shower went outside of shower. A towel was dirty, there was some red color. They should throw it away if it can't be washed off.We had to manually turn on the AC every time we came to the room, and we could not even change the temperature, so it was quite warm in our room.Wifi was bad and slow. Breakfast was not special. Also can easily hear trains and other sounds from outside even if staying at 6th floor.
