- Front Desk Agent who handle my check in has no hospitality at all and a little bit rude i guess? Check in at 11.00 PM i am asking to saw the room but he didn't let me and only show the room's picture and then he said "it's such a basic POP standart have you ever stayed at POP? " And then i am asked for the high floor room,he only said "it's the only room left"... When i came inside the room, there's a little crimbs inside the bathroom which surrounded by so many ants. The trash bin inside the Bathroom is very dirty, we only got 1 sachet of shampoo and 1 pcs soap for the amenities... There is no telephone inside the room #307 ... So if you needs any further assistance you have to go downstairs and asking for help... I think the guest will never complaining about amenities, facilities, and many more if they are welcomed and explained very well about the standart, rules and regulations,etc upon arrival, right?
