Room, service and location

The room is spacious, staffs are really friendly, hotel smells so good, nearby Plaza Ambarrukmo ,and it provides the gate-very convenient, modern design

Nothin

The location was close to Ambarrukmo Plaza. There is a bridge connecting the hotel and the mall, although keep in mind that it's open for public use, not oy private for hotel guests. The room is relatively small but quite comfortable. The breakfast are good. The best part of the hotel are the people working there. They are all attentive, professional and helpful. A big thank you for the reception who managed to give us connecting rooms even in the last minute request.

Great breakfast—wide variety of food choices! +Strategic location, prompt check in and check out process, spacious and clean room.

The room is spacious and clean, comfortable bed, great amenities.Breakfast was great with many selections including local Yogya menus.Location is ideal not too busy but connected to Ambarukmo Mall.

Breakfast - wide spread of food; Room - clean and comfortable bed, water pressure is strong, got the high level for good view; Wifi - strong and stable; highly recommended for visit to Yogyakarta in the future

Overall I'm pleased with the hotel because it was only a one-night stay for my work trip

A big fan of their buffet restaurant. You can find everything you want and staff is really nice. The location is convenient with pedestrian bridge access to a shopping mall.

Umm I don’t think so.

Location

The staff was horrible. My husband arrived first with two of our children. Denied check in , said money didnt go through. We have proof of transfer and basically said it was fake and said no. Husband said go check ur bank and said no he had to pay again. My husband was so upset and he paid because kids was tired and hungry. My husband could not get a home of me because i was still in bali doing a 100 pax wedding event. When i finally could call back i was livid. It was true discrimination because my husband is a musician and has full tattoos. I called a meeting with the manager and the guy when i arrived the next day. They gave us absolutely nothing in compensation. Not even room upgrades or extra bed or anything. I stayed quiet. They did give mugs to say sorry, what a joke. Never in my life have i been treated so bad and never in my life have i written a review. It was just so disappointing because it involved my two children.

The hotel is conveniently located right near Royal Ambarukmo and Plasa Ambarukmo Mall. The only downside is that there is a noticeable smell of smoke in the room. It's perplexing how smoking is permitted in rooms with air conditioning.

The white towels provided had an unpleasant smell, and appeared to have discolored (darkened) over time.

I like the bedroom, the breakfast, the friendliness of the staff, the location of the hotel and the hotel facilities

Room is spaces and clean.

It will be good if the breakfast spread has more varieties and is less sweet.

As a frequent visitor to Yogja , I will never book this hotel again

the bar on the 5th Floor, could not supply a Beer , after requesting they get some stock, each day i requested but no beer.the Manager told me no beer, so why have a bar?The gym was inadequate with equipment, T V did not work in Gym

Comfort, great staffs and value

Not enough seating at the lobby. It can be noisy at times because windows are not double glazed

The location is very good especially the connecting bridge to Ambarrukmo Plaza which provides a comfortable path to find the food stalls, restaurants, shops. The breakfast was wonderful, plenty and delicious with various menus. The room was comfortable and fairly big.

The sink on the bathroom is too shallow that the water splashed out when the water tap is opened.

The breakfast is excellent! The room is clean and comfortable. The staff are really friendly and helpful?

The swimming pool is too small and too crowded. Other than that everything is good. I enjoy my stay with my son.
