The roof top scenery was awesome. The sun set and the merapi mount view. I was staying at luxury room with balcony. With my wife and 2 kids. They are so happy

The bath area. The floor putside is equal level with the bathroom. Therefore, some of water spill put and make slippery surface outside.

There was a chemical smell in one of the rooms we booked. Since the hotel was full they couldn't give a different room. But the staff tried to fix it by using an ozone generator which helped a little

Room was comfy and clean. Breakfast was decent. Extra point that they allow me for early check in as I need to have online meetings 1 hour before check in. Location is quite far from the central but close to Adisucipto airport and Prambanan.

Hello , I am from Canada, when we visit Yogyakarta last time . We stay in this hotel , the hotel is really great and clean, breakfast is great , staff is super friendly and always make easy, Yogyakarta is always the nice and miss there. People are very good manner and polite!

The room is comfy.

1. The breakfast not improved. Very low quality of food and not many varieties2. My room the aircon was leaking, the wifi not working, conditioner was empty.

Nice area, big and clean room and a great variety for Bfast.

The quality is consistent with Melia resorts around the world. The hotel didn’t have much sign of wear and tear like most in the city and the staff were all friendly and helpful. I liked that it was away from the crowded areas like Malioboro which also made it easier for pick up and drop off for day tours but if you want to be in the middle of the city then this hotel might be a bit too far out for you.

I paid extra for the Merapi view room and in 4 days I didn’t see the mountain once. I guess it’s hit or miss but from this experience I’d say it’s a waste of money. I also paid extra for the breakfast on one day and thought it was so so. You can get better for cheaper elsewhere. Otherwise, no complaints ?

Great value for a great hotel. We enjoyed the gym, the pool, the spacious room, the staff, breakfast. Everything was great.

Nothing. Only thing I would say is its not ideal for walking. You need a car or motorbike.

It's actually clean but not 100% clean. They not really detailed as in my bedcover there were a spot like toothpaste left. And the glasses at bathroom still dirty. But the rest are okay

Rooms are clean, quiet, comfy, rooftop pool and bar very nice, children friendly..
