The 1o1 Yogyakarta Tugu Hotel

The hospitality is perfect. From the doorman to the receptionist are helful and accomadated. Thank you

The slide door of the bath room 716 need to be repaired

Hotel's location is walking distance to the Yogyakarta landmark - Tugu. The taste of the food at restaurant including breakfast. The view from the balcony and the hospitality.

The noise from the next door. We prefer to stay at the regular room to the connecting room. The landline wake up call that we did not expect to receive at early morning.

Breakfast, room, location

Very friendly and helpful staff, the location of the hotel, very good breakfast

Center area close to malioboro.

The room kinda a bit smelly and old style

Very clean facilities. Kind staff.

I went for work to do some online meetings. The internet connection was slow.

The 101 Hotel has a new restaurant called LOTENG. I had breakfast there and the service is wonderful. Location of course very strategic because it is near Tugu Jogja.

Swimmingpool access was excellent

To much decoration at the Lobby, I think they need to get some advice. Breakfast to boring, is not worthy to pay extra for 9 years old kids.

Very nice hotel, great ambiance. Extended breakfast. We had a marvelous stay. We were there just for one day/night, but wouldn’t have mind to have stayed there for a longer period! Close to the railwaystation.

Nothing really, great hotel!

Location, Staff and breakfast was really good. Also parking, swimming pool

No wardrobe

Location

Noise. Kids loud party near the pool for hours and hours playing the same music and the music goes into your room. Drove me nuts

Exceeded our expectations. We came early and they let us check in early too. All the staff are very helpfulOne note for the spa staff, maybe she could be more friendly

The sound in the next room was very clear. It wakes me up almost every night

Convient location for our daily excursions.Very helpful and friendly staff.

Room was quite small. Difficult to place suitcases. No place to put clothes. Bathroom lighting poor.

The room and bedroom was very comfortable. All the staffs was very helpful and polite. We really enjoyed the facilities in this hotel, in the swimming pool area there is a bar with live music, which is a very good place to stay to have some drinks and relax.

Everything was good. I don’t have any complaints.

The place is centrally located and easy to reach. The place is clean, neat, and have amenities as described. There are a lot of supermarket and restaurants nearby. Wifi works perfectly and the other facilities work nicely as well. Staff were super helpful and nice. It’s actually cheaper if you book it online. Overall it was a great stay

Minor problems: One of the water bottle in my room was already open and the gym was under renovation

The staff is very friendly and helpful. the breakfast served also nice but can add more choice and increase the quality of it

The bed bed makes noise，room sound insulation is very poor.

Location is nicely surrounded by many nice food spots. Staff was nice and polite.

After the lobby the level of the whole hotel drops dramatically. Room was damaged everywhere. You hear the noise of the other rooms as if there are no walls or doors at all. Noise coming from the pool is a nightmare as well. Even compared on a local level this is not up to any standards. Therefore the room rate is too high. Hygiene was also a very low performance. The smell of the "fresh" towels was bad.

Great service from Silvi in the restaurant. She interacted magnificently with our very large extended family over lunch. High quality, clean, air conditioned and reasonably priced eateries within very short walking distances of the hotel. We'll certainly consider staying here again at our next family reunion. Better value than staying in Jalan Dagen.

Only two pillows for a double bed. Other hotels of equivalent quality give 4 pillows.

We got spoiled with honeymoon cake and a personal message on the TV. The service from the staff was exceptional, from the entrance staff to the cleaners and of course the food service. Also a great view of Merapi mountain.

All the staff were super friendly and helpful. The receptionist helped me in sorting out the error that I made during booking swiftly and professionally. Furthermore, my room was upgraded to junior suite. The location is very strategic. I stayed in this hotel several times in the past and have never been disappointed.
