the view is amazing. With the deluxe premium, we got so many complimentary ~ tea time, photo session with free framed photo, in room chips and cookies (they refilled everyday), free mini bar, dolce gusto coffee machine, gamelan, archery, bird and horse feeding. Totally worth the price.

Located near the local village, it offers a quiet and traditional ambience. You can explore the village by walking and interact with the local people. The gamelan lesson is very nice, as well other mini activities. There are some nearby restaurants that are also very nice to visit.

Everything. The landscape is beautifully arranged. The Sumberwatu stupa in the area brought very nice ambience. We can learn traditional Javanese instruments (Gamelan) and traditional archery. The pool is quite wide and clean. They also offer some other activities that might be interesting for kids, such as horse feeding, fish feeding, and bird feeding. If you want to take a tour to Barong temple nearby, they provide bicycle. I think this resort is very nice, and we'll be back here for sure.

It is just the location quite far from main road, and the foods of the restaurants a bit pricey.

I really want a quiet place for resting after a big family event and Abhayagiri - Sumberwatu Heritage Resort gave me exactly that. The hotel location nested comfortably near Prambanan Temple and few other temples, so if you want to do some sightseeing, you can do so, but if not, the hotel provides more than enough. It has ample garden adorned with stupa and breathtaking views from the restaurant. You can also enjoy the views from the pool. The room is spacious and cozy. There's bathtub in the bathroom so you can have full relaxation. Plus, the hotel also provides a lot of activities, from gamelan experience, traditional archery, table tennis, to animal feeding. If you hungry, the restaurant offers you range of locals and international dishes on reasonable prices. Overall, a nice and comfortable place to stay for a while.

The hotel located around 1 hour drive from city center, so if you want to do some town strolling, it's quite far. Also, since it quite secluded, you need to equip yourself with enough snack supplies before you checked in. Otherwise you'll have to do a little bit of travel for groceries and whatnot. One other thing, the resto serves no alcohol.

The shower is badly designed as everytime we took a shower it flooded the floor and the side of the bathtub. The hotel provided us with additional towels to absorb the water but it would be better if they fix the problem instead

The only peoblem i had is with the shower head at room 218. It was stucked and i have to take a shower in the tub. Since i only need to stay for a night, it's a small hiccup.HOWEVER, none can beat the hospitality, the overall comfort and the no-money-can-buy view from the beautiful compound. Would i stay for another night? In a heartbeat, major yes.

The breakfast was nice. The views were amazing. The staff were super attentive and really accommodating.

I must say that this place was absolutely breathtaking! The hotel's location is simply perfect, offering stunning views of Mount Merapi and the Prambanan site. The gardens are exquisitely designed, the pool is enormous and inviting, and the restaurant serves delicious food with impeccable service.We had an unforgettable stay at this property!

While our stay was exceptional, we were a bit disappointed to see the beautiful birds confined to cages. Additionally, we felt the horses could benefit from larger enclosures to allow them more freedom to roam.

Bathroom very low MANTENENT, room basil , very basic everything for the price I pay . People the use the swimming make sure the wear appropriate swimming close . Tidak cuci baju di swimming!

Breakfast was OK. Fruit was excellent quality but rest of the food was just average. Tea coffee was poor quality.

Restaurant last orders are too early at 8 pm. Shower was not great.

Property was beautiful with many activities included staff friendly. Extremely peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle

There was no kettle to make coffee or hot drinks in the room.

Great location, garden and view for Prambanan!

Rooms are not in best condition, but clean and ok if you do not want to seat in room whole day:-)

I stayed here since I participated in Jogmar 2024 where the event located at Prambanan Temple. The property was close to the event location.

We stayed here for the view and it was great. Food at their restaurant is good though a bit pricey. Breakfast was ok.Hotel ambience was pretty good, tranquil with beautiful large yard.

The bathroom in my room was always wet, not sure where the water came from but seems like the arrangement of the shower and bathtub makes water flows to the floor and so it's not properly drained.
