The hotel was convenient for our purposes. The staff were attentive and friendly. The breakfast (coffee, fruit, soto, eggs) was quite nice). The beds were comfortable and the shower worked well and plenty of hot water. Gym and Pool, shared with the adjacent Mercure Hotel

Very strong smell from the Drains/River at the side of the hotel. which came inside the hotel. The carpet in the corridors was very old and worn, with a strong musty smell. My room (945) had a funny smell in the bathroom after day 1, my friends room (934) was much fresher.

The price very expensive for this hotel , everything look like old , including the water hose ,very old and dirty , aircon not really cold , the shampoo and body wash using pump old and keep leak ,and no fridge inside the roomPrice expensive I pay for 2 night 1.1 Milion Rupiah it's almost 70$ ,not including breakfast,the price it's not fair with this hotel Breakfast we pay 180k Indonesia Rupiah for 2 person it's almost 12$ ,also expensive , but to be honest the food is tasty ,but expensive

Weird breakfast!!

The staff were super friendly and very accommodating. My brother was a little sick and they brought him some soup and fruit even though we hadn't asked for it.

The bathroom could need a bit of a makeover.

The receptionist has been attentive and helpful.The location was very good.

Room service was delivered with good food but the kitchen staff didn't pick up the crockery and cutlery for days, even after I informed the reception and still everything waiting for pickup when we check out. It was very bad management.

I dont like when the staff at the resto scrutinized my boy and unfriendly asked my wife "what's aged this boy?" Seems it's impolite especially when there're so many people with a loud scrutize voice.

Breakfast was OK but we lucked out, the hotel closed for maintenance while we were there and we got a free upgrade to the Grand Mercure, with which the Ibis shares the building, staff and pool.

Bathroom in our room was very small and very old, mould where you would expect it to be in an oldhotel. Desk staff didn’t always speak English well.

Accommodating staff.

Old bathroom and forniture. The shower wasn’t draining properly so there was always water on the floor. The smell of the room wasn’t pleasant.

The location is very strategist if you want to strolling around the city, room was comfortable and it has a proper table to work or eat, lastly price is affordable.

Better to Stay at GRAND MERCURE

The staff and service is really good. Had some tickets to book and asked for a late checkout. Both request were managed by the staff without any extra charge and solved very fast. The rooms were also very clean and comfy. Decent choice for breakfast.

The bathroom is a little bit outdated, even though it’s very clean. The Wi-Fi was quite slow in my room. Both things aren’t like a dealbreaker though. Only really annoying thing was that there was a very strong cigarette smell in my room at night, I guess from neighboring rooms. Would expect such a hotel to have non smoking rooms or at least non smoking levels.

Clean room and flexibility for check in. Good position for the city center and train station

Staff speak not very good English, but after some initial difficulties you manage to understand each other and, anyway, they were always accomodating

unfortunately the hotel was closed, so we are transfered to another hotel which same group with Ibis.
