All Staff very nice. Swimming pool is good.

Bad for tv because just Indonesia TV. Channel International is not.

Disappointing

The bathroom smelled of urine and mold, and the room was humid and not clean. The bedsheet had spots on it.

Our room is super comfy. The Hotel is clean and cozy. And the super thing is we pay in a good price. And it makes this hotel perfect for us.

We got room with broken air conditioner. And their actions are:1. They didn't let us change room2. They repair the AC for 1 hour, and they don't come fast. We need to call the reception twice and go to the front desk once to get it repaired around 4 - 5 am.And it get broken again 3 hours after "repaired"We only get 3 hours sleep.We cannot rest on the noon, because the ac is broken. So we went to mall to let them repair it.The receptionist (woman with shoulder length hair, tanner, and slim) is very rude.When we called them to ask whether the AC is repaired or not, she hungs up the phone 2 times.Then on the third call, we asked them to check it first if it already repaired, because we need to get rest directly when we got back to the hotel,, since we only get 3 hours of sleep.But her answer is, "you can check it by yourself ma'am."What??Then, guess what? When we got back, the ac is still broken.When we asked to change the room, they said "no," and they expect us to wait again to be repaired.Then we ask to check out and refund but they didn't let us do that.After waiting for 1 hour, we got another room, yes the air conditioner is cool,, but it gives us ringing sound.And the curtains are ripped..Also we saw baby cockroach in the bathroomAs I can see. The hotel is lack of maintenance.. also lack of staff training.Be careful, not to spend your day here.The woman in green shirt (not the receptionist serves us better. But it's not enough. Since she doesn't give quick action. Because of the lack of professionalism, me and my son got sick after we stay there. We don't get enough rest at all).The only compensation we get is only a piece of chocolate cake, for size about.. 4 cm x 10 cm x 6 cm.Very traumatic to stay there.Shame on the group that manages the Tjokro Style Hotel. Since they claimed they maintain the HR competence.

a little run down

The pillows are comfy. The bed is quite nice. There is a big mirror, and the open space for praying is enough. Plus, there is a sign of the direction of kiblat.

- There was a cockroach on the bed on the first night of my stay.- There was a small worm on the floor of  the bathroom, since the water from the shower came out to the toilet area, and the water on the floor couldn't dry properly.- The room isn't soundproof, the 2nd day of my stay I could hear the group of students (came by bus) came to the room next door, and they were speaking a lot and loud, I woke up from my sleep cause of that.-The staffs of the hotel, I don't know why they had to run in the corridor in front of my room, and it happened so many times.- The slipper was only one pair, I had to ask the FO to send me one more for my husband.- The responses from the staff were sooooooo slow. - I ordered some foods from outside and asked the delivery man to leave it a while in the FO, and every time I asked the FO staff about my foods, their reactions weren't really friendly. Only the staff in the night shift gave us the smiles every time we met.- The TV channels are only local, and the quality isn't really clear.- The AC didn't work properly. It was stuck in 16°C and wasn't cold. Eventually, it's only fan-Because of the cockroach incident, I wasn't sure whether to drink or use the water inside the bottle that the hotel had prepared. I preferred to buy alone in the shops nearby - A lot of yellow stains in the bathroom Will not think to stay here again next time.

The hospitality is outstanding.

I booked for a smoking room, however this room had no windows that can be opened which made us uncomfortable to smoke inside the room :-)

One of our room(212) ,the toilet door was sound crack (it's sound bad , especially when our baby sleep ) ,the drawer was loose, the toilet cleaning was bad , and the shower area was slippery ,

The design is unique and different with most property. There is a mini market, and a famous thrift store near the hotel although not a lot of food places. I like how the hotel makes green effort with the water bottle and the breakfast is nice too!

The location is near the cemetery so it is a bit creepy to walk around the property at night, thus the bedsheets cleanliness can be a lot improved.
