Pros +
- Clean rooms, affordable price, friendly staff, location was also really good.
- Strategic location, nice interior
- Common areas were nice and up to expectations: restaurant, reception, swimming pool. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They were fluent in English. The buffet breakfast was nice, even though food was not warm enough.
Cons -
- Staff always said i don’t know when we are asking something and this is not polite in hospitality industry
- The 2 rooms were tired: it looks like the pictures on Booking.com were taken 10 years ago, but in the meantime the hotel aged! Rooms and bathrooms were not clean enough.Location: long 30min walk in unpleasant areas to reach the city landmarks.
- • No specific designated smoking area that doesn't protect the non smoker guests as the smoke can travel anywhere easily :( • Gloomy unit room :( • Low maintenance and cleanliness. Dirty mouldy bathroom and rroom floor :(• Mostly carb food on their wide spread buffet, bland, high carb of sauce for the salad (no olive oil, lemon, honey sauce) :(

I love the food in the cafe. The food is delicious, spicy and affordable. It just takes a long time to serve it but the taste is good.u should try if U come here.ooo btw the customer service is faster and has water in front to drink.
Don't have a fridge in the room.
Location nearest masjid..I can hear Adzan..but unfortunately m not done go to sholat at Masjid, my schedule really packed.
As above..near Masjid...not busy road.
Location that closed to jogokariyan mosque
I was knocked on my door 4x, at approx 01.00am..I could not sleep well.Seems that stranger person has the same room booking as me...supposed to be receiption should have valid data to not having 2 different person have same room booking. Water from bath room com8ng out to main entrance
LocationValue for money
Bad WIFI connection
The pool was clean, the rest just so so.
They forgot to give me towels. I booked 3 rooms, the towels is only in a room. They didn't check the room before I checked in. But that's okay.
Locations
Ac not cool, bed not comfortable ,house keeping helpful
They give me a honeymoon decor towel, and a nice view room where you can see the sun rise on the hill. Oh everything was so nice, the breakfast, the service. Variant menu of breakfast, hot water in the bathroom, clean room, good wifi. Beyond my imagination, its exceed my expectations.Thankyou Burza Hotel.
It was fine and great... Until i receive a text and voice note from anonymus number spaming says "send me the photo of last night" just now. And he call me again and again but I didnt take the call from anonymus number. Is it because me and my husband left the room in the morning with our belongings not pack in the bag? Yes we have our photo lie around in the desk while we visit temple and beach,But i didnt left the tag "clean my room" in my doorknob. But the cleaning service went ahead and clean our room anyway. I left the hotel just a while, i think in just 2 Hours long and find my room in a clean way.. The cleaning service made our bed, and changing the towel and refill the toiletteries.I appreciate the thought of the best service you provide, but i think this is exaggerated. Because you trespass our room without our permission, and i didnt left the tag "clean my room".And its making us suspicious, because of the spamming text and call.
Good location, good breakfast, good internet access
easy check in and good service
