Staff is helpful and hotel is clean. Respond fast and effectively to aircon noise and toilet leak. Good engineer.

Had extra bed which cost half the room rate but in the end not used coz the extra bed is a different mattress which is harder and not comfortable. So son squeezed on my bed and I basically had cramped sleeps. Paid for extra bed does not feel worth it.

This was a fabulous hotel in Yogya. Well located, exceptionally clean and quiet even though our room overlooked a school yard. The staff were outstanding, very welcoming and offering help if needed. Lovely pool and views on the rooftop. The breakfast was excellent. Excellent shower in the bathroom. I would definitely stay here again.

The only small thing is that the two pillows provided were both very hard. One fluffier/softer one would have been nice.

Good location

I had to put my creditcard number to reserve but once we arrive we still have to pay which is ridiculous. Booked the same way for Mercure and the could charge immediately from the used creditcard.

Biggest and most comfortable bed. Very clean. Good location and reasonable price.

The staffs are wonderful…Especially Dylla at the restaurant. She gave us an excellent service. She goes above and beyond and told us what other menu that’s available outside the restaurant.Thank you, Dylla ??

The hotel seemed pretty recent. Great restaurant with a large range of options for breakfast. High quality food and service! Great location too, 10 minutes walk from the Yogyakarta monument.

The roof top bar needs to have a knowledgeable bar person.
