Staff are awesome and clean room

Poor wifi service in room, slow and at times not working at all and when called the front desk was told internet was out for all rooms.

Sometimes we can hear the noise from loudspeaker at thr street.

The pool, the spacious room, the kind and responsive staff, the ambience, the location (walking distance to malioboro street)

There's no jet shower for the toilet

Hotel laundry service is outrageously expensive. They charge service charge for buffet where you serve yourself.

One of the best hotels I have ever been. I would like to thank all the people working in this beautiful place. The stuff was very polite, helpful and not annoying. The wonderful restaurants with delicious food and a bar exist inside of the hotel. The prices were very good and the quality was very high. The hotel is located in 5 minutes walk from the main central street of the city. I hope I will come back in the future!

Friendly staff and cleanliness

Rooms are not noise proof. Can hear the motorbikes sound all nights disturbing the sleep a bit. Sound proofing can be improved. Otherwise a great hotel, food and friendly staffs all around.

One of my favorite hotels in the whole world ? such a little gem, hidden in the middle of the city. And the windows in the rooms actually open... That is so nice.

Maybe the breakfast could last longer than 10 am. It's quite expensive for Indo standards and personally I cannot much in the early morning ^^

Food was good, spa amazing, super nice staff, comfortable beds and room.

As I mentioned elsewhere, it is not a new hotel, and this may show in your room. I was happy with mine and plan to return. The breakfast buffet is wonderful, with both Western and Asian options, as long as you can cope with a lot of people being there. Overall, I was happy with my stay and liked the hotel and the staff.

The hotel is a little older, and at least my suite looked a little old. If you are looking for new looking rooms, this hotel may not be totally suitable. The breakfast buffet is great, but the one time I had a meal at the hotel restaurant, I would rate it as mediocre.

the staffs are very friendly.the breakfast is many variety, very good.but the lunch, when arrive at the hotel, we just tried the lunch, cool dish, wait bit of time. not impressive.because of this, we have fruits in the room for compensation.have to upgrade the room because the hotel is graded 5 stars...

Location is great

We are given a room where AC was not working and when we said its not working the tehnician said it did and tell us to wait a bit longer so we left the room to go for dinner about 2 hours and when we were back still the room was hot and not comfy and at the end we were moved to another room.Btw the first room bathroom was also a dissapointment for us ( shower on top of bathtub )The replacement room AC was OK bathroom much better ( separate shower and bathtub ) but so far from the elevatorThe other unpleasant thing is the small car lobby many times create hassle when driver was going to pick us up

The staff was friendly and helpful. It's clean and the accommodation was nice.

The beds were so uncomfortable ? hard as a rock.When we arrived, the hotel water kettle was broken and looked filthy (yellowish color all around).

Avoid the room facing mosques at all costs as preying starts 4:00am everyday. Room design is a bit weird it should be more sofa or chairs

Good location to Malioboro famous street.

Be careful! Even when you ticked double non smoking room, this request didn’t necessarily appear, you have to clearly write it down to make sure but still not guaranteed, they warned you beforehand that they will try to accommodate your request but bla bla .. it still could happen that upon checked in they gave you room options of not your choice. They would move you to your requested room the following day. If you stay only for 1 night too bad .. When you tried to extend your stay they would say no same room available, only those of not your requested rooms available. Means you got to pack and move room. They had to check the availability and it took long time. Eventually they gave you ok. First night too exhausted to go to resto, ordered room service, waitress put tray on the bed, daughter just unpacked her bag, accidentally put her good padlock on the same bed close to the tray, waitress left padlock disappeared too. Only realized late. Perhaps they should just get rid off those non selling smoking rooms, renovate those sticky smelly rooms into more pleasant clean healthy rooms instead of keeping them as backup rooms for non smoking guests who wanted double beds. After long hours trip to experience sleepless coughing first night is not everyone’s dream.

Very well managed and amazing hotel. Everything was good! We took the package with 1 hour traditional massage, worth it!

We were given a room with connecting door to another room with (noisy) small kids. As a couple, we can only take a couple of nights in a year without our child, so this was a bit annoying.

Spacious room. Free wifi. separate bathtub and shower.

The music from outside is very disturbing, especially when you are taking an afternoon nap. And it kept going to the night
