Pros +
- A/c very good.tv channels nice.perfect to be enjoy during night/stay.hotel give free water outside room.so easy to refill your thirst.
- worn out room and amenities. no water bottles also. got to fetch water from water dispenser near lift. BTW no hanger also to hang my shirts.
- It was close to the train station and walkable to main areas. It felt like a safe area and cost was cheap.
Cons -
- Toilet keep wet..hotel should fix the tiles..at least water can be dry off easily..even water flow outside toilet door.. Need more port to hang clothes or towel..or at least closet to hang your clothes.
- bed is kind of worn out; the breakfast is undesirable, so I didn't take it over there. I dint book it also. Not many eateries nearby. got to walk few kilometers for that. Luckily there was one convenience store just Infront of the hotel.
- It is fine for short term stays. It was mostly clean but just a bit of wear and tear down.

The staffs are nice and very available.
The quality of the materials and the property itself; broken AC, old greyish linen, no wardrobe, strange room layout, and the breakfast selection is just not worth it.
Close to the train station. Staff were very friendly.
The sheets were stained.
Location is very good and the price is excellent
The window couldn't be opened and quite a small bathroom

Ants in the room and no detailed cleaning.
The location was good, near the station and malioboro street was only a walking distance. The breakfast was ok but will need more variance.
The size of the room, somehow too small if two people are inside
