Mosquito, because there was beautiful garden with tables. We ate in the garden. And of course, we closed to the nature.

The location was perfect! in a quiet street (close to a supermarket) but just a corner away from the busy tourist street which has a lot of bar/ restaurant options.

I feel like the property / rooms needs an upgrade, the rooms look better in the photos when in reality everything in the room is a little worn out, and I feel that if they had to invest in some minor upgrades they could ask for much more!

The hotel is like a sanctuary from the busy city. The garden area is really lovely and the rooms are comfortable. The staff are lovely. It is in walking distance of a street with a number of restaurants and bars.

Good value for money. Air conditioned room.

Room was absolutely full of mosquitos when we entered (no mosquito net). Ended up buying a plugin vape thing to kill off the mosquitos which worked - but the hotel should be doing this themselves.The bathroom is really gross, wooden door with a peeling metal film off it. Felt like a prison bathroom.

the food was good, the ambience met my expectations, i loveee it! love love the experience. the crews were so kind and helpful.

i don't find these two a big problem, but the bathroom and wifi can be improved.

Great staff, who even wakes up to make you fresh breakfast at 3 am because of a tour to Boroduru. Good price for a decent room!

Cleaningness, showerhead could use a replacement and some furniture as well as some where broken.

Location was great, close to a bunch of restaurants and spots that had live music. Also across the street from 3+ laundry spots. Great value for money. Nothing too fancy but a clean and laid back environment. Staff was helpful when I was in need of bus tickets and arranging transport to the temple.

Could be a bit loud in the mornings with traffic but that was easily resolved with earplugs.

The breakfast were good and the are friendly too.

The toilet was smelly and the bed sheet smelly too.

Well situated and staff very kind. The room is old but clean. The breakfast is basic and ok.

A Excellent Place to stay, Clean, Centralised, Small but clean washroom, Comfortable Bed, Cool Aircond- Free coffee and Tea , simple , limited choice but delicious breakfast, Friendly staff, Look no further if you are looking a decent affordable place in this part of the city.

Very calming and quite stay. Lovely helpful friendly staff. Great that breakfast is included. Good location for the south of yogyakarta.

Breakfast should be better

The staffs were super humble, friendly and very helpful. The reason why i love to visit Indonesia. The people and the staffs are so awesome!

Mosquitos and the price. Could be cheaper. The shower head can be a better one. Water getting clogged in the shower.

The hotel is quite central, very close to Prawirotaman main road and attractions of the area (street art, traditional market etc.). The place is well kept and welcoming, and the staff is extremely kind and always ready to help.

Nice garden and good value for the price. Car parking available (2 spaces).

When booking I requested a baby crib because they offered it for free during their booking process. When arriving in the hotel and asking about the crib they didn't know anything about this option and they say they don't have it. Then why offer it in the booking process?? Dissapointed! One of the night table next to the bed was almost falling off. Room smelled when we entered.

It is a newly refurbished Guesthouse, only few rooms so won't be overcrowded. With a nice pool.The staff is super friendly, breakfast is nice and tasty and only few minute's walk from the beach.
