Please do a general cleaning, because there's a lot of small cockroach, it can't be done by only using mosquito areosol spray.

- Not too far from Malioboro street (about 15 mins away by car) - It's a family room- Mountain view from the window- Secure.I Ieft my laptop in the room everytime we go out.

- Bad smell came out of the bathroom- The head of the mattress sloped downward. Fortunately, I could still sleep comfortably by using a pillow. - There was a tiny cockroach in the room. - Bed covers were stained. Blood it seemed. - I had an extra bed but the greeter during the breakfast did not know and I had to argue a bit with her that we could have 3 pax for the breakfast. This happened everytime we went to the restaurant for breakfast. Seems that the list was not updated. It was quite annoying to have to explain that everytime.

The bed sheet and towels are stained from use. The room is dark. There were baby cockroaches on the room.

The room is dirty. There are so many dust on carpet. The smell wasn't so fresh. We've been moved to another room due to our first room was dirty and there were left garbage inside.The food for breakfast also bad. Some plate and bowl weren't clean due to there were many dust on the plate and bowl

The Ac was cool

The first thing that I noticed when I entered the room was the SMELL!! The bed sheet had some stain. The bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned, shampoo plastic from prev guest was left there, the towels looked filthy. The drainage was clogged. Not to mention they had bad service too.

The outside room noise is very loud (sound and voice by other guest are to noisy and go through the room)The room soundproof not to good

The cleanliness of the bathroom.The shampo n soap were empty-should check and refilled. The aircon was not cold enough eventhough already in 17 degree CSlippers only provide one. You need to request one more (normally 2 slippers for 2 persons)

the air conditioner in lobby and hall way was not cold at all, sweeting a lot.there’s not so clean at bathroom and no trash can in bathroom. no refrigerator in room.

Location and the room size.And so far no cigarettes smells in the corridors and in my bedroom.Coffee taste during breakfast not bad.

- Parking space (limited).- No refrigerator eventhough this hotel catagorized as 4 stars. - Only provided 1 mug.- No shampo (you need to bring by yourself , ;(

The size of the room.

I asked non smoking room because im traveling with kids. But the room they gave me is smoking room..?I ask the receptionist when cek in, she said that the room was non smoking room. But when i konfirm with another receptionist when cek out, she said taht 3rd floor was a SMOKING FLOOR. really disapointed because the smell is all around the room.

sometimes the water temperature is not hot, esp in the morning and late afternoon, maybe too many people already use it for taking a bath? the breakfast didn’t have many choices and i think they could improve the taste
