The Rich Jogja Hotel

Was very nice and the staff at the Hotel did an excellent job in all respects.

Not our typical food, but then I’m from USA and I typically don’t like the food so much in the Indonesia

Everything the staff is very friendly thank you for miss mala and miss Lisa for the great hospitality

Location is good, just next to the mall. Easy get around.

I think the towel need to replace.

I'm going to tell you about my bad experience at this hotel, I hope it doesn't happen to other people. I booked 4 nights, and I received a strange call at 7 o'clock the next night. It was their internal phone number. I picked up and said hello. The other party hung up, and then at 1 o'clock in the morning, someone knocked on my door, and it was very clear. I was very scared at the time. I asked my friend to contact the front desk, and they said to ask the security to come and check, but they didn't even call me. The next day I found the hotel manager and told him what happened last night. Many security guards came to check CCTV. They replied to me that they didn't see anyone knocking on the door, but I heard it very clearly, it was my door. Anyway, I didn't dare to stay there, even though the hotel manager found me another room. If you are a woman traveling alone, you must pay attention to this. It's really scary to have someone knocking on the door in the middle of the night!

Great location, staff, and restaurant.

Near at Yogya City Mall. Facility is complete. Kulkas ada. Pembuat kopi ada. Tissue ada. Safe box ada. Hair Dryer ada.2 swimming pool at MZ Floor & 1st Floor. Many Menu breakfast.

Check-in not fast. Staff in recepcionist not friendly. the elevator is full when we want to go down because there are too many guests. children over 5 years pay for breakfast Rp 45.000

too crowded during breakfast time at the restaurant, not enough table at indoor, the outside tables are for smoking people, not good for those with kids.

The location is great, near essential amenities (Jogja City Mall).

Cleanliness - many small crockcoaches and few big ones in my room and my parents’ Noise disturbances in late hours from another room- we complained about the noise from another room twice to the receptionist and we even invited a security staff to come to our room to listen the noise, still they did nothing. We could not rest well despite having to wake up early for our sister’s wedding.

The room was clean and comfortable! Bed was very nice and we were able to get really good night sleep

The rats roaming around the outdoor side of the restaurant for breakfast and not providing knife at all

Easy access to the mall. Mall consists of lots of shopping and food choices.

Cleanliness wise & security can be improved. Some of my blankets were stained & the hotel lift can be accessed by anyone as hotel card isnt needed to go up. Can be a safety issue.

The location is good because it is near the mall.

The room looks old, seems like the chair table were not suitable for they called 4 stars hotel.
